Elizabeth stepped through the portal to another world, looking for a man. She had questions, but until she found him they couldn't be answered, and so she had been going from world to world, observing the many variables and constants, ever surprised and yet always having her expectations met.

This world was a little the same, as always, but a little different. It looked like Columbia. It felt like Columbia. It smelled... Like a dirty diaper? Looking around, Elizabeth saw something unusual. The men seemed to be the same as in any rendition of this world, but the women, while they carried themselves as normal, all wore identical cameos on their necks, quite similar to the one Elizabeth herself wore, and below the waist, all they wore besides their shoes were diapers. Some of the diapers were clean, some were dirty, some were overfull and leaking and saw their wearers begging nearby men for a change.

A little concerned but deciding to press on, Elizabeth tugged down her dress a bit, feeling sympathetically embarrassed for those women, but stepped in, looking for a man.

(For the sake of having an explanation, we'll say that the cameo has some kind of property which makes Elizabeth and the women of this world unable to change themself. So, we'll have to have someone put Elizabeth in a different cameo.)

Soon enough, someone managed to notice an oddity in the visitor, albeit a tiny one. "You there, girl." Said some sort of officer as he made his way over to her. "Show me your diaper. You know you aren't supposed to be wearing a skirt around here. It's against the rules." He used his cane to peel up her skirt and then gasped. "My lord!" You aren't wearing one!" He growled as he grabbed her hand and began dragging her. "We'll have to rectify that immediately."

Elizabeth was confused, but she wasn't about to leave without having a look around first. If this was the only universe that he was in, she'd be remiss to abandon her search right away. If things got weird, she could tear away and find some new clothes at will.

"Yes sir, I'm sorry," she said, deciding to play along for now. "It was an accident, trying to follow behind without being dragged, but having trouble getting her footing.

"I should hope so!" He hrumphed as he dragged her over to a section of a wall near vending machines, that seemed full of diapers instead of guns. He then pressed a button that caused a large piece of metal that slid out of the wall. He went to the vending machine and laid Elizabeth on there and ripping off her skirt and panties. He got to work before she could object, laying the diaper udner her, and allowing powder to puff out of the sides of the table and instantly fly over onto her crotch before he managed to fully tape it on.

Elizabeth blushed as her panties were exposed and the vending machine spouted something like 'Time for a change? Change to the option with VALUE!'

"Please, I can do it myself!" She said, covering her unpadded underwear choice with her hands, not knowing how suspicious that comment was.

The man looked absolutely astonished at the idea. "My dear, you sound absolutely ridiculous! A woman changing her own diaper?! I've never heard of such a thing! You should be ashamed for even suggesting it!" He growled. "It's that damn Vox Paupulai filling your head with those damn silly ideas." He rolled his eyes. "I'm going to leave before I hear any more of this. Remember to make sure your diaper is kept on!" He than angrily stomped away.

Things clicked into place, as Elizabeth remembered the women begging to be changed out of their messy diapers, the ones she could still hear asking for them now.

"But, I can!" She protested, anyways. "What if I was alone and didn't have anyone else around to clean me up?"

The policeman had already left, so there was no one to respond to her claim. As Elizabeth tried to get up and go, she quickly found the table add an accessory to the mix, opening up a hole right underneath her neck, and quickly shooting a necklace out, which forcefully latched itself on her.

Elizabeth clutched at her neck, feeling a pang of disappointment when she realized her old necklace was gone, the one Booker had picked out, replaced by a similar one. She tugged at it, but it was fastened firmly in place.

Sitting up, legs forced wide apart by the bulky diaper, she tried to get her bearings. All she had to do was look around a bit, then leave and take the dumb thing off. Getting to her feet, trying to walk without looking like a toddler, she asked the nearest passerby, "Excuse me, can you help me? I'm looking for a man."

Meanwhile nearby unbeknownst to Elizibeth, watched someone very familar to her. They were desperately overlooking her to the very last detail, trying to see what kind of effect this place was having on her.
