Jade tentatively knocks on the door though she is really nervous and eventually knocks harder before looking to Jenah for protection as Jade is thinking whoever the boss is he might want to hurt her, or He might spank Jade, which scares her.

l hear the knocking and get out of my leather chair, before opening the door. As I see Jenah and her kit, I let them both in, Once they both are in, I close my doors. "Come on in, I could use the company. Well hello there Jade. Why didn't you leave with your family? No matter, you are such a cutie pie,my dear. Yes, you are," I say scratching her lovingly under her chin and behind her ears. Jenah sits down on the couch, watching her kit.

Jade tries to smile, "because my family hurt you and I want to repair the damage" she says.Jade only cared about her family and caretaker but because this man was prominent in her birth mother's life Jade considered him part of her family.

Still holding Jade in my arms I pace my chambers gently and tenderly stroking her with my claws. My pale blue eyes grow watery and soon tears fall down my face, but I will not cry. I do not even seem to notice them. "Well I appreciate you coming but I need to be alone right now. I'm grateful for your desire to help. I just need to be alone," I reply, handing Jade back to Jenah. Jenah however will have none of it. I am hurting and need comfort. She will not leave me alone. "Boss I know you are the head of this organization but you don't have to be tough all the time. You need to let your emotions out. You need to..." A snarl stops her midsentence. "Need to what! Cry? About what? How I am broken? What good would it do me? Huh? Nothing, that's what! You cannot help me. I don't know if anyone can. Now go, I say pointing towards the door. Jade feel free to come by anytime, my dear," I say opening the doors so they can leave. Jenah sighs a stands making her way to the open doors.

Jade suddenly realized something, "this is because of my dad, you're angry because he married my mom, you're confused because you do not understand why my mom loves my dad and you resent that Sly and not you married my mom and when I was caught you didn't hurt me because I look like my mom" Jade says to Jenah's boss.

I scratch Jade lovingly under her chin and behind her ears. "True, I'm upset the Carmelita, your mother married that...I snarl bareing my fangs, thief, rather than me who for all those years was always by her side, but that is just the scratching the surface. If you truely want to know why I hate your father, ask him about Case: Scorched. Your mother will know about it as well, for she tried her hardest to help me, but I was already finished. Warrents for my arrest where issued and distributed immediately. I was hunted everywhere. She arrived too late to save the two people other than her that ment the world to me: my mother and father. She found them dead, gunned down in their home. She ran as fast as she could ignoring her rubber legs. Your mother knew of one place, where we could meet safely. The scarf that she knitted herself, for me, just yesterday, to keep me warm during the colder months, is there on the ground, with drops of my blood making it even redder than normal. She wears that very scarf."

Jade nods "I know their marriiage is not ideal but my mom ended a curse that had been hunting my family for centuries and so made my life possible without the threat that metal monster posed on me and my brother" Jade said. Jade looked at the man and sighed "when me and Will were growing up I remember that Will would want our mom to tell us stories of she was a cop and in a lot of them she would speak so highly of you and I guess that's when my brother chose to go into law enforcement, to live up to the level you were at before you were ruined" Jade admits.

"Well its nice to see she still thinks about me. I appreciate your effort to try and help me, but I don't know if anyone can. Anyway speak to your parents about Case: Scorched only then will you know my true pain. Now off you go dear. Also Jade, thank you for helping Jenah, she really needs this," I say giving her some final scratches under her chin and behind her ears, before closing the doors of my chambers behind them. Jenah sighs and the two of them return to her home. She sits down on Jade's bed and strokes her lovingly with her claws. Her eyes sparkle as she strokes Jade. "Well we tried dearest, so what do you want to do with mommy now? There's art supplies in the art room downstairs. There's all kinds of toys in your room. There's even a large gaming room to play video games. Also are you hungry at all, sweetie," Jenah asks.

Jade nodded "I am kinda hungry mommy" she said as she thought to herself about what the man had said about her father and mother. Jade also felt sort of down that whoevert the man was didn't think Jade's.mom should have married her father.
