Samus jumped away, back flipping back to the edge of the room and took a shot. It didn't have much effect on the stone , but did chip a little off and left a blackened singe mark. She may need to try a upfront type of attack in order to do any damage. Simply shooting at it wasn't doing enough damage.

Link ran up along the creature and began slashing away at the creature with his sword shining from the magic it wielded. He managed to knock off some of the rock armor, but it wasn't doing much damage. He then pulled out a bomb and threw it. The snake began to avoid it, unintentionally, then it saw it and began to move towards it, as if attracted by fire.

Samus had to admit , the boy was better suited to combat like this than she was. She took the opportunity to flick her gun back to the whip function and darted towards it , making an accurate slash , doing a fair bit of damage to the stone , getting a slab off.

While they battled, the bomb blew up before the snake could get to it, but while the rocks continued to fall off, Link tossed more bombs from his pack at the creature and watched it swallow one, and saw it blow up, and all the rocks fell from it, so he jumped forward to slash at it while Samus whipped it.

Samus jumped back as a large dagger shaped rock came between her and the beast , halting her onslaught and getting her to back up. All these explosions were not going to be good for the structure above them. She headed to one side , heading into it's blind spot and using her whip to lift her up higher on the ridges of it's back , staying out of it's sight while in concentrated on the elf boy in front of it.

As the beast became exposed, and the warrior's shield protected him from the falling rock skin, he began to slash away at the beast, leaving the bombs alone for the time being, the creature began to weaken. After enough attacks the creature finally began to writhe and slapped the floor of the room before poofing into nothing. In the area and the sky above, everything seemed lighter, as if a darkness was lifted.

Samus leaped off and landed down on the floor beside Link on one knee. Getting back up and looking over the fallen enemy before it vanished "There we go , defeated. So what normally happens once you kill one of these in your world?" he asked ,expecting another chest or a reward or something. She kept on her guard , there would be more about , they were creating a lot of noise , anything in the area would be alerted that something was going on. If they were lucky no one heard and they could head out without any issue.

"Usually I get a heart, that replenishes my health, then a port..........there it is" he says showing the column of light coming from the sky. "This should take us to the village. They have a lot of parts that could probably help you get back where you need to go" he explains as he held his hand out to her. "The main creature usually gets rid of all the others"
