Joey took the high ground along with Tails. "So...you're the official tactician...what's the plan?"

Shadow stood in the back with Espio, still rubbing his bottom from that wedgie. "Agh...so...did you do it? As per my instruction?"

Espio nodded his head. "Yes. Omega shouldn't be a problem anymore."

Knuckles shrugged. "I think we could use a more...tactical leader?"

Omega stood with the others and slammed his giant metal fists together. "THE ENEMY SHALL NOT WITHSTAND OUR ONSLAUGHT, NO MATTER WHO IT IS THAT TAKES COMMAND."

"Well...whatever. Let's just pick who's in command already." Jet said.

Tails looked the castle over. "Well... Amy's stationed in the front it seems. And a strong person should be in the room right before the throne room. Maybe Shadow. The corridor leading into the place could do with people who were good at ambushes like Rouge and Espio. As for the rest of us, it's best we take aim to make a big front so that things get demolished for them quickly before something too drastic can happen to us."

"None of those were an answer to the question. Whatever. I'll do it." Eggman marched ahead with the spear.

"Fine. Let's get this on then. What's the plan?" Sonic asked.

"Starting first with a frontal assault obviously. Blasting our way through is a crude but effective way. The big guns have to stay back though. At least on the first hand. Should the first flank fall, the one from behind can take the reigns and blast in from behind. During all that, I suggest an attack from the roof of the blast. Making a big dent down the direct middle of the top wouldn't be something that could be dealt with at the same time." Eggman grumbled all of this out in a single breath.

"Alright...though, I think one last trick would be in order, JUST in case something gets through all of our defenses. They can't win unless they can take the king down right? Well, why not hide the king in a safe place and put a decoy in his spot? Set like some...last minute trap, just in case?" Joey explained, hurrying with Tails to their designated spot.

Wave was already busy setting up some makeshift cannons, at the top of the castle where she would have the most area she could cover, using some of her M.E.Gs as firing mechanisms. "Okay...now all I need is something to load in these things...should be lightweight and non fatal."

Espio took his position with Rouge, making sure to be armed and ready for anything.

Shadow waited in the main room, getting an understanding for the layout so he could effectively fight. Couldn't hurt to be prepared.

Knuckles nodded his head along as he listened. "Yeah, that sounds like an Eggman plan alright."

Vector smacked his fists together. "Well..what are we waiting for? Who's going to be the main frontal assault team?"

"Yeah. And who is going to be the rear assault?" Silver asked.

"Well... I mean, I suppose so but...hmm..." Tails grumbled a bit. It sounded like a good idea. Though Chip on that throne was too funny to take away honestly.

Rouge grinned as she stuck herself in the shadows. "Oh man. I still love ambushes to this very day."

Amy was staring at the closed front door in front of her with her hammer over her shoulder. "Come on. Burst in so I can smack some heads."

"Not you." Eggman said to Silver. "Since you can fly I suggest you take something heavy and head to the roof. It's true that your ability can hurl some pretty good things at the forefront, but it's more fitting if you rain a meteor shower on the top instead. Charmy and Cream should accompany you as well since they can fly too." Eggman spoke with reverence.

"So... Can I go in front!?" Sonic asked.

"Yes. You and Knuckles I think should take the front. Vector and Omega stay back as the rear flank. As for Jet... I dunno. Maybe he could use his board to zip through the carnage and reach the king ahead of us as a secondary decoy of sorts." Eggman murmured that last part.

"We don't gotta, but we just have to be extra careful. We don't want to be defeated anymore right? So whatever the plan is Tails, I'll stick by ya." Joey gave him a reassuring thumbs ups.

Espio hid himself in plain sight by going invisible. He was also quickly preparing a few traps. Some inspired from old pranks he had dealt to him from Charmy.

Jet raised a curious brow, hearing Eggman mumble something. "Well, with my Extreme Gear, at the very least I can outrun a certain hedgehog, so maybe me being some sort of scout could work out." He shot a knowing smirk to Sonic and quickly went to grab his board.

"PLAN ACCEPTED, EVEN IF GIVEN BY EGGMAN." Omega complied.

Silver nodded his head. "You got it. You two, lets go on." Silver started to float using his powers and hovered off towards the castle.

"Alright... Then let's hide Chip. You can be the decoy king." Tails said running into the throne room. "You ready your majesty?"

"I WAS BORN READY!" Chip snorted out wind from his nostrils.

"Scout huh? Fine by me. I don't care WHAT you do jerk." Sonic spat and then raced towards the front entrance with Knuckles. "Time to break down the door! Here we come!"

Amy stood on the other side of it waiting in the main room.

Joey gave a thumbs up and followed Tails. Once they got to Chip the plan was explained. "So we'll need to put you in the ABSOLUTE safest place possible. Because the throne is where everyone is expecting you to be."

Wave managed to grab some stuff she could use as Ammo for her M.E.G. Cannon and readied it, keeping a sharp eye out for any signs of assault.

"Done." Espio said, setting the last trap before backing up into a safe zone, getting himself prepared.

Jet returned with his gear and was whizzing for the front entrance, easily catchup up to Knuckles and Sonic and slowed down. "The moment you guys bust down that door, I'm going in."

Vector took the long way around along with Omega so as to get to the rear of the castle, where they would make their assault.

"HUH!? The king will not hide!" Chip said. Tails ran up to him with a baseball bat.

"Don't worry. My newest invention will help you feel strong." Tails grinned.

"OOO! What kind of bat is that?" Chip grinned. Tails just bobbed Chip over the head with it! Chip's eyes crossed and a lop-sided smile grew on his face before he fell over. Tails then stuffed him in a briefcase underneath the throne.

"Just a regular bat."

"Right whatever!" Sonic grinned and rushed in bursting down the door with his foot.

Amy saw Knuckles and Sonic come right in and readied her hammer.

"Hey Amy! Coming for me?" Sonic asked.

"Hmph. Nope. Not interested in you." Amy went at Knuckles instead!

"... Huh?" Sonic blinked in shock.

Eggman watched them all go towards the rear. "Ugh... always improvising on the plan. Whatever." Eggman readied a bunch of guns and started to fire towards the top of the castle.

While he was doing that, Charmy dropped down behind Wave!

"Hey missy! Wanna feel the Bee-Sting Wedgie of Despair?" Charmy grinned.

Joey made sure to remove Chips clothes first before getting dressed up and concealing his appearance and sat on the throne. "Oh hey...mind if I borrow that bat. It'll be a nasty surprise for whoever tries to take the king~"

Wave jumped when she heard Charmy's voice. "S...Sure thing...but only if you wanna feel the furry of..." She quickly swung to the other side with the Cannon aimed at Charmy at point blank. "Of a faceful of ....sigh...DIAPER?" She pulled the trigger and an open diaper shot itself at Charmy's face.

Jet zipped past Amy and Sonic and was speeding towards the throne room. "Haha! This'll be the easiest victory yet! And I'M gonna win it for us!"

Once Vector and Omega reached the rear of the castle they looked to eachother. "Okay. There's no way they can be prepared from an assault from all sides of the castle. Let's do this." He stepped back and let Omega do his work, starting to tear down the rear wall.
