Even Celestia knew that Twilight is yet capable of running her royal duties as she still has much to learn. But she did like the Luna idea. "That's not a bad idea actually. Luna knows how to handle my duties. And it is fun going through the dream world," Celestia thought out loud. "Plus, Lulu already knows of my little diaper hobby so it'll be easy to explain."

"Lulu is probably busy at the moment, so let's try out this hypnosis spell," Celestia said not wanting to bother her sister while she's in the dream world. "I hope for your sake this doesn't end up badly. The last thing I want is for anypony finding out about my little diaper hobby. Celestia slowly nodded her head in her slumber, and the big pony fell back with a thud and continued her sleep on the floor, snoring almost as loud as Starlight does in her sleep. And almost immediately, a hissing noise an heard from her diaper and it started to bloat and get a yellowish color. Despite that, this sleep was the best sleep Celestia has had in ages, probably a side effect of being hypnotized.
The next morning, she groggily rose up from her slumber, sitting up and rubbing her head. The floor was probably not the best place to sleep. And since Starlight's levitation spell wasn't was good as Twilight's, Tia must have been too heavy for her to be lifted into bed. She looked down to see her soaking wet diaper. She sniffles, feeling like she was about to cry. "STARLIGHT!" she calls out, which her magically voice can travel all the way to her room at Twilight's castle.

A sudden jump at Twilights castle was how Starlight woke up she hadn't expected a massive yell like that to reach her and she in her groggy mind was confused at the yell till she had her a moment to wake up . Thus she ran to do her morning business before she started to use a long distance teleportation spell just encase she either is in trouble for her added spell usage or needed by Celestia if her last command took affect... Her planned destination Celestias bedroom chamber

When the unicorn appeared in Celestia’s chambers, she found the giant alicorn right where she left her. “Starlight, my diapee is really wet. Change me now!” the princess ordered though this time she didn’t sound like the authoritative mare she was the other day, but sounded more like a bratty filly.
