Steven Universe: Reliving the good times. (Private with Maslov)

For a while now, Steven had a strange urge to relive some of his favorite times. Those times happened to be when he was a baby and didn't have a worry in the world. Sadly he never got to experience those times with his mother, Rose. However he can sort of make that happen. He did want to be treated like a baby, but didn't want the whole diapers part of it (that would change soon). Steven made his way to his mother's room and gently opened the door. He stepped inside and gently closed the door behind him. He had a huge smile on his face once he saw his mother. It wasn't the real her but it was better than nothing. "Hi mom!" He said. Steven happily waved and walked over to her. "Uhh... I was wondering if you wanted to...play?" He asked.

As the boy entered the room the crystal heart of the temple manifested an infinite mirrored plane of cotton candy-colored cloud, amidst these clouds formed the visage of rose quartz. The Vision was a picture-perfect copy of the portrait that hung in the living room- directly copied from Stevens's mind.

The Illusion Appeared to sit peacefully with its eyes closed before noticing its conjurer, it patted the false ground next to her as the boy waved "Hello Steven~" She answered his call in a sweet voice "Hmmm.. What do earth children your age like to play?"

The Question coming from her mouth where the questions Steven was asking himself, despite the recent conformation with bismuth or maybe even because of it he wanted to hear those words from an uncomplicated loving version of his mother.

Steven smiled and sat down next to the illusion. He gently rested his head on her and held onto her. "Um..I like to play with stuffed animals, I like to play dress up, play on a playground, tickles are fun." Steven replied. He took in her soothing scent and relaxed a bit. Even if this wasn't his real mom this was as close as he will get to seeing and interacting with her. The little guy had no clue what they were going to play first but he didn't care. He was just happy to be playing and spending time with his mom. "You can even pick what we play first, mom." He said, smiling and looking up at her.

Asking Rose to pick for him was effectively the same as asking his subconscious mind, and his subconscious didn't want to play dress-up or get any tickles...

No, it wanted a Rattle, a baby toy with effectively zero entertainment value for anyone over three. But something inside Steven has given up on being grown up and even something to shake and to stick into his mouth and drool all over is something he would really desire.

"Oh, really?" The Rose avatar tilted their head before a cloud nearby condensed into an infentile sissy rattle. "I thought you would like something more like this?

Stevens eyes widened as he watched Rose pull the rattle out. He blushed at how pink and frilly it was. He shyly and slowly reached out to it. "I...I uhh... I guess that'll work, mom." He stuttered. Gently he took it from her hands and looked at it for a bit. He saw plenty of pink, princesses, ponies, bows, all things a sissy loves all over the rattle. Steven couldn't hide his smile as he shook it gently. The sound made him shake it again, as he rather enjoyed it. Soon he was giggling softly and shaking the rattle. "Hey th...this is pretty fun! Thanks mom!" He said.

"Mhm~ I know how difficult your time with the gems has been in recent times." the projection spooned the boy into her lap while whispering sweet sounds into his ears "being a big boy has really taken its toll on you right, sissy Steven?". The gem made sure the boy would focus his entire attention on the rattle, as the infantile toy began to glow with the room's pink magic, the patterns on it beginning to move in a hypnotic pattern almost begging the boy to give in and suckle on it.

Steven snuggled up to his mother as he was cradled in her arms. He relaxed and smiled as he continued to shake it. Steven was clearly enjoying every second of this. He didn't even notice Rose calling him a sissy. His eyes locked onto the pretty hypnotic pattern and glow his rattle was giving off. He giggled and stared, drooling a little bit as he did. His mothers soothing words were helping his brain melt as in less then 2 minutes Steven had the rattle in his mouth. He suckled and gently nibbled on his toy, even drooling on it. Steven was enjoying every second of this.
