To much pressure came over him to be stronger and he couldn't take it anymore.
The will to be stronger backfired and he also started having doubts about his qualities as a doctor.
this first led to bedwetting but later had day accidents as well.
Then the villagers suggested diapers which led to pooping his diaper.
Chopper eventually led them to change his diapers.
And being a doctor having to be in diapers made him insecure about that as well.
You poor thing Robin said as she took some cotton candy and started feeding Chopper.
Zoro and Luffy gave a bit disappointed look.
But knew it suited Chopper to be the baby of the crew not even belonging to the now cowardly duo.
He was naive cute and childlike and scared enough and small to be a baby.
While Usopp and Nami would still fight in there own ways Chopper would now have to cheer the crew on while crying and messing his diaper and sucking his pacifier.
As the rest of the crew might soon forget he's 17 since he could easily go for a 2-year-old now.

Baby Choppy can better be feed his cotton candy in a high chair then we grownups (the rest of the crew) can feed Choppy better.
''Mamma choppy wans cotton candi'' said Chopper as robin pulled out his pacifier.
Aww so cute now open your mouth for little choo choo train.
Chopper opened drooled mouth (from the pacifier) and started to chew slowly but a part fell on his bib and then he cried.
It seemed his teeth had become lazy from eating baby food a sucking on his pacifier.
Aww i ask Sanji to do it in the blender then you can eat softer cotton candy.
As Robin whipped chopper clean she saw a rather blank mindless expression on his face.
Then she tickled him and Chopper let out baby-ish laugh and Chopper burped and farted letting go in his diaper.
He then started crying and looked at Robin and said: i can't help it i feel so safe with you guys that i start acting completely like a baby subconsciously.
Your so cute Robin said.
As Sanji came with the soft cotton candy Robin started to spoon feed Chopper.
See much better ! Now Choppy can be a good baby and make lot's of poopies in his diaper as he padded him on his head.
As Usopp came with a new drawn chart of apparently some kinda rank system and what kinda job they had and with the search for a doctor added.
with Luffy Zoro and Sanji on top as the monster trio.
Robin Brook Franky as the middle rank and Nami and Usopp as the cowardly trio and Chopper all the way down described as Baby mascot of the strawhat pirates and the task the crew had to do to take care of Chopper : Feeding his baby food changing his diaper doing baths with him and having him safe when in danger among other things.
Chopper had tears in his eyes but nodded aww don' feel so bad said Usopp now let me feed you.
Usopp fed Chopper all the soft cotton candy and his mouth was all dirty and then led out a big fart and looked uneasy at Usopp but Usopp smiled then Chopper filled his diaper and started crying.

He had pancaked the contents of his diaper to his fur and was messy all over the place Usopp looked somewhat uneasy then Chopper started to cry more and if that wasn't bad enough also peed over him.
Zoro got angry at the sight a pushed Usopp away.
First, put a pacifier in Chopper's mouth and then padded on his head.
Big Brother Zoro is gonna take care of the evil demons from your diaper he laughed at Chopper.
He then took some wipes and swiftly took care of it and took the used diaper away and started to oil Chopper.
Now i'm going to take a long bath with you just the 2 of us and so we can have a a little talk.
a took off the rest of Chopper's clothes took a swim diaper and put it under Chopper's butt and started to sparkle it with baby powder and taped it and then took some swimming armbands and put it on Chopper's arms.
He then put Chopper down and said we are going to the big bath.
And then walked with Chopper hand to hand.

Chopper was floating because of his armbands.
Since you would be a devil fruit user any way you are used to them but they fit you much better now.
Chopper was drooling from his mouth into the bath and said ''Daddy'' and reach with his arms to zoro.
I guess you did really need that pacifier as Zoro looked with a somewhat disappointed look.
Then Chopper started to fart in his diaper and even though it was closed bubbles came from him.
It's a good thing you wear that Zoro said wouldn't want to share the bath with you otherwise now.
We need to talk as Zoro looked serious Then Chopper got tears in his eyes and peed a bit in his swimming diaper.
You did already pee in it, didn't you? Zoro asked.

You know when you first came on the merry i did already wonder why you came along but you really surprised me a lot.
On the other hand, as things got more dangerous i did expect you to get more scared but not to this extend.

But mister diaper pants can't even hold his own milk bottle anymore and need to be spoon-fed... I should have known.
