Due to a bet that was started a friendly little tournament had begun. It was private and no one outside of the constants where aware of it, but no one wanted to loose.
There wasn't necessarily a prize for the winner, but more a punishment for the looser. After every match the winner would get to diaper and baby the looser.
Starting with our First round between Leaf and Peach. Neither of them where the beginning of the bet, they both just went along with it because it sounded fun.
As it would turn out Peach lost the match and Leaf was the winner. All babying was private so it would just be the two of them. The matches where:
Peach vs Leaf
Zelda vs Daisy
Bayonetta vs Rosalina
Samus vs Palutena

"Peachy are you ready for your diaper?" Leaf said in a sweet playful way with a smile on her face. She held up a pink diaper with the word princess on it. Surprisingly easy to find. She patted one of the Pokeballs on her belt and congratulating them for doing a good job and then patted the table where Peach was going to get changed

(Just note that I'm probably going to change up the way I'm playing some characters. For instance peach will be more shy and accepting of her loss but Rosalina will put up much more of a fight.)

Peach couldn't help but blush. She couldn't believe she was going to be put in baby diapers by someone else, only because Palutena decided it was funny that Samus wore diapers some times, and she just had to go along with it. But there was no going back now. She lost fair and square and she agreed to this. The princess started taking off her clothes and moving towards her table. "I'm r-ready I guess.", she said before hopping on and waiting for Leaf to do the deed.

Leaf smiled "Good I'm glad." She giggled sliding the diaper under Peach's butt. She'd babysat before so it wasn't that forien of an idea to be diapering someone, well an adult princess was a little strange. "You're lucky you got me, Imagine if you lost to any of the other girls, they probably wouldn't be as caring. Daisy would probably tease you to death and who knows what Bayonetta would do." She said smiling while applying powder to the Princess' nether regions and taping up the diaper "You know a girl I babysat wore these exact diapers, I think they look cuter on you." She said with a giggle

"Yeah I really wouldn't wanna be diapered by Bayonetta. Who knows what she would do? She'd turn me into a slave or something", Peach said trying to distract herself from the fact she was being diapered. "Y-You think I look... cute in them?", Peach said a little flustered at the compliment given, "T-Thank you Leaf."

Now if you're a good girl and wet yourself before then I'll let you be clean for the rest of the Tournament. Does that sound good to you?" She asked giving peach a rub on her head, to the side of the crown obviously

The thought of wetting herself didn't intrigue peach a lot by if she would compete with a clean diaper she could get an advantage over the other girls if she got lucky. Also she would have to go one way or another so she decided she was fine with going earlier than needed for this advantage. "That's really nice of you, I'll do my best Leaf... eh... uh... mommy? What exactly should I call you?", the princess said.

"You can call me whatever you want. And of course I want my girl to win." She said giving Peach a pat on the head again "Mind if we take off your crown? It's kinda getting in the way." She asked while thinking about if she was strong enough to pick up Peach or not. Probably not.
"Now you better not loose to anyone, but me. You'll be mine and mine alone." Leaf said in a playful manner while taking in how cute Peach looked. She was thinking of some baby activities the two could do together

"Okay take it off, but don't break or lose it. Or else I'll have you diapered by my royal guards", Peach joked. "Don't worry, If I had to pick from the ones available, you're still probably the best to lose to. But who knows, maybe I'll even win.", the princess said.

Leaf carefully took off the crown and placed it down.
"A baby like you winning the tournament?" She said jokingly "I don't think I can see that happening." She giggled.
"Now what does little baby peachy want to do? This rooms all setup with tons of baby stuff for you to play with."

"Oh come on, I got close to winning over you", Peach said, "Just a little and you would be the one wearing that diaper right now. Can you get me something to drink? I'm a little thirsty anyway and it would help with you know... going... We can play after that"
