Shouto looked at his classmates and listened to his story before looking Down at himself looking at the All Might onesie he was currently in.
"T-thank you Midorya." He said to his friend, "That was very kind of you. Does the villian have a versal for this? Will it wear off in time?"

Izuku’s expression turned grim. “I..I’m sorry, but we don’t know everything about that villain’s quirk yet or what can be done t-to reverse it. I mean, that’s what All Might said when I asked him anyway. But everyone’s working to help figure it out! I’m sure it won’t take too long.”

Hm...." The boy thought trying to think, trying to keep his composure in the situation. But the more he thought about it the more upset he got, and it was happening rapidly. At first he though it would take a day or two... But then he though what if it didn't? What if he was like this for a months, or a year?! What if he had to relieve his childhood all over again. The thoughts quickly frieghtened the boy and he gripped Izukus shirt with his little hands again as he began to tear up, "W-what of I'm s-stuck like this?" He asked scared

Izuku really didn’t want Shouto to feel scared. He was scared that he’d be stuck like this too, but the heroes had assured him that wasn’t going to happen, so he’d keep an open mind for Shouto. Protect him and make sure he was happy. “You won’t be! Nobody said anything about you being like this forever and ever. Besides, no matter how long this lasts, I’ll be here for you. I won’t let anything happen to you. I promise!”

B-but what i-if I'm stick wike dis?" He asked tears falling down his face as he clung to Izuku, "What if... What if I have ta wive my childhood agwain." He asked, his speach deterating as he talked through his tears, "I-I can't go thwough dat agwain!"

Izuku stroked his hair and rocked him gently, allowing the crying boy to cling to him. “Hey, Shouto, it’s fine! You aren’t going to be with..your dad. You’ll be with me, okay? I’m not going to let anybody hurt you or do anything he did again, so you can have a normal childhood if you have to go through it again. Okay?”

Shouto, as he cried cuddles up to Izuku as his head was rubbed, and he was rocked. It actually felt good to the young boy, but it also felt good to cry as well, something he hadn't done in years.
"R-really?" He asked looking up, tears still in his eyes sniffling

Izuku rubbed comforting circles into his back and beamed down at him when he asked if it was really true. “Of course, Shouto! I’m not going to make you train or anything like that, I’m going to let you be a kid, and you won’t have to relive anything. Okay? I promise, you’ll be just fine.” He assured the toddler, rocking him and pressing a very gentle kiss to his head.

Shouto nodded his head, whipping his nose as he listened to Izuku. A normal child hood.....? That was something that he never had before, and it actually sounded kind of nice. But of course being a kid wasn't really on his wish list. "What about my dad... He's going to be looking for me?"

Izuku smiled, happy he was so accepting. When he asked about his dad, he shook his head. “For all he knows, you’re overseas on some hero student program for extra credit at UA. Mom covered for you and so did Aizawa-sensei. And besides, that’s the story they’re using on the news so that villain doesn’t..do anything. Or find you. Not that he will, and he’s in custody so it’s probably nothing but..yeah, just a precaution.”
