Tips for telling ur Parents

I play this interest pretty close to the chest.

As far as acceptance goes, I am not in control of the picture of me they paint in their heads. I won't be able to force them to accept me no matter how much holding secret makes me wanna pop. Hopefully, by god, you find just one person that you can trust, or at least, that you have just as much dirt on as they do you, so you can sort of confide in.

Don't feel guilty, there are people like me out there . . .

My support to those who wish to tell, and kudos of you who already have, but I never intend to tell my family. I probably don't intend to tell my girlfriend, or eventually my wife, should I ever get married. I'm still turned on by women, whether this fetish is involved or not, so whether or not it may be unhealthy, I plan on concealing it for my entire life. I doubt it will be hard. I don't wear now, and I doubt I will ever come to a point in my life where I do. I have no other fetishes. I suppose I feel cut off for the same reasons as everyone else. A fear that I won't be accepted. Irrational amongst my parents, but still... embarrassment, fear of being different... these are all things that wrack the mind of any individual. We are programed to have a group mentality.

I suppose I will just give in to chemistry. Submit and conceal.

i don't plan on telling my parents, but i did tell three of my best friends and it helped tremendously for me psychologically

I would recommend telling at least someone... because it feels fantastic when you know someone else fully understand what's going on

I didn't have to tell them, my (bitchy) big sister told my mom when she found the internet history. Funny story, just a few months ago my sister mentioned it while we were at Pizza Hut and I retorted with "So? I saw you looking at a gay threesome!" and my mom gave her the funniest glare I have ever seen! She made it worse when she said "Technically they weren't human..." It just total made my mom ten times more shocked and upset! lol! Sorry for the rant or whatever you want to call it, I do that alot...
