Tootie smiled as she looked at the calendar. She looked at the date she had circled and covered with hearts. Today was the day Timmy arrived! Vicky had somehownkamaged to get him to live with them...although...if she wanted to do anything with Timmy, she might have to deal with Vicky first.

Timmy had slowly gotten used to Tooties creepy antics. He actually thought of her as a good friend! However Vicky was still his worst nightmare.. After he hugged Cosmo and Wanda goodbye, got a kiss on the cheek from Wanda, and hugged his baby brother, he made his way to her house. His Fairy God Parents were going to be on vacation for a month, so he wouldn't have any wishes for an entire month! it didn't take long for Timmy to get to Tooties house. He had his bag with him as he rang the doorbell. Vicky growled as she stared at the door. "The Twerp is here, go answer the door!" She screamed.

Tootie yelped and jumped into the air. "Right away!" She said, afraid of Vicky. She opened the door and her eyes turned into hearts as she saw the love of her life. The man whose face was on everything she owned. "Timmy!" She said as she hugged him tightly and smooshed his face against hers. "How are you?" She asked eagerly. "No, don't tell me! Just love me!" She said, gaga for him.

Timmy still wasn't used to Tooties hugs, he let out a grunt of pain. His face turned red as he stepped inside and his heart dropped as he saw Vicky. "So where am i going to be staying?" He asked. Vicky smirked and laughed as she looked at the two. "In a crib you big baby!" She teased. The girl laughed so hard she wet her pants. Her mood changed as she noticed the accident she had. "Aw come on!" She complained. This caused Timmy to laugh hysterically ad point at her.

Tootie smiled. "Vicky, I think you are the one who needs a crib!" She said as she pulled down the older woman's pants, revealing her stained underwear. "Yup! Timmy? Go and grab a pink diaper. They are upstairs in my room," she said happily. "They are big and poofy and perfect for my sister!" Tootie said. "Now Vicky. I think you are going to be a baby slave!"

Vicky panicked as her cheeks turned red. She gently swatted Tooties hands away and got on her knees. "No No no i don't want to be a baby! Please!" She pleaded. "I'll do anything else but i don't want to be a baby!" She added. The girl didn't think Tootie was serious about diapering her. Timmy looked around the house and eventually brought Tootie the changing supplies and diaper she requested. He also notices something about Tooties skirt. It was poofier than normal, which was odd. He decided to confront her about it later.

(Tootie's not in diapers. She was planning on using them on Timmy. Playing "Dolls" with him.)

"Then you can be a doggy!" Tootie said, figuring that was worse and smiled, seeing Vicky act so submissivly to her. "But I think I like you better as a giant, baby, doll!" She said with a smile. She looked at Vicky, waiting for Timmy to return. "Now Vicky, you are a big baby, so you have to do everything that I say," she insisted. "Lie down on your back like the big baby you are so that I can change you," she ordered her sister, feeling that this might be fun, actually.

(What about Tootie in pull ups?)

Vicky glared at Tootie and refused to lay down for her. "I am NOT going to be a baby! I am in charge here Twerp!" She exclaimed. The girl crossed her arms and stood up, stomping her foot. Timmy hid behind Tootie and peaked over her shoulder at Vicky. He wondered what Tootie would do to Vicky for her disobedience.

Tootie looked at Vicky and sighed. "Then...then...then, I will l have to spank you myself!" She insisted as she pulled down Vicky's underwear, revealing her backside and her privates. Going around Vicky, she raised her hand and began to spank her older sister, not caring that she was still standing up.

Vicky screamed as Tootie began to spank her. Timmy was a laughing mess while watching this. Eventually Vickys bum turned very red before she eventually gave up for the time being. "Ow! Ouch! Okay fine you little brat! Ill be your dolly!" She said. This didnt mean she gave up completely.
