Trixie was still out of it, and she probably wouldn't waken for quite some time to come. Though as she slept, all the things Twilight had forced Trixie to consume had come to give her a full bladder, which had shrunk considerably due to Trixie's lack of consumption, and it voided itself into the bedding, spreading throughout and leaving the sharp aroma of urine to fill the cabin.

Twilight slept until morning, her eyes slowly opening and her nose twitching a little. Already she could tell that something smelled... off. She quickly glanced over at Trixie and found the culprit. She couldn't believe it for a second, but her senses quickly told her that a wet diaper was definitely not a good thing for a recovering pony. She lifted Trixie slowly and gently, her magic taking on the same firmness of the bed. She quickly pulled off the sheets with a sigh and chucked them in the dirty bedding bin, she was so very glad for the plastic sheet, and quickly put on fresh linens before placing Trixie back down and covering her up with some more soft covers.

Shortly after, Trixie began to stir. Groaning and stretching from being so groggy. The sleep spell having worked very effectively on her. She looked around and began to breath heavily. Anxiety setting in. 'Where was she, how did she get here?' Then a sharp pain in her abdomen brought her out of it, she clutched her belly as it felt as if it was on fire. Then she saw Twilight Sparkle and her pain was momentarily forgotten as she looked over at the Alicorn.

Twilight was sitting on one of the chairs at the far side of the car when her ears jetted up at the sound of rustling. Just as she was about to say something she heard Trixie panting, followed by clutching her side in pain. Finally their eyes locked and she offered up a small smile. "Good you're awake." She said, closing her book, standing to her hooves and walking over to Trixie. She had her horn ready if anything went amiss. "Now you're coming back with me, I need to get you nursed back to health." She said, not mentioning anything just yet to see if what happened earlier was serious.

"You kind napped Trixie." She said as she tried getting out of her bed. "You used a spell on Trixie and kidnapped her why are you taking me?" Trixie said as she got out of bed, clutching her stomach again as the pain in her gut rose. "Trixie feels unwell, what did you do to Trixie!" Trixie demanded to know, having been kidnapped, spelled, and possibly been drugged. She was far from happy.

Twilight clutched her head a bit with her hooves, she'd figured this was going to happen; but what was she to do? Was she just supposed to leave the mare there to die? "First off Trixie if somepony doesn't have a home it can't be kidnapping, and if I didn't get you out of there you would have died!" Although she still couldn't say anything about the pain until she thought about it for a second. "Oh no Trixie, I did nothing but feed you, and I fear that nature is calling, you need to get to the bathroom."

"You have the gall to tell Trixie that the pain she is feeling is no more than the need to use the facilities! After having taken Trixie away from where she was, why should Trixie even trust you for a second. Trixie knows your just waiting for another chance to put her to sleep so you can deal with her easily." Trixie huffed, lowering herself. The pain was growing exponentially. Her insides felt like they were going to burst out of her in a convulsing mass.

Twilight shook her head, Trixie had always shown this kind of arrogance although she figured Trixie would have to find out herself. She just couldn't understand how Trixie couldn't see that she was just trying to help her. "If I wanted to harm you I could have yesterday, you've slept for almost twenty four hours and you already had one accident. Although you'll find out soon." She said, choosing to go back to reading, she'd found sometime you just needed to let somepony learn themselves.

"Trixie demands to know what you've done to he-" Trixie stopped as she felt her insides spasm in pain. A slick substance spilled from her rear, falling down onto the floor, some getting stuck to her back legs. Trixie's eyes widened. And she screeched.

Twilight was about to say something when she heard her stop mid sentence. At the terrified scream the smell hit her nose, making her gag. She immediately cast a simple spell to make Trixie sleep again, one that was much weaker this time. She caught her in her magic before she could fall in it, and fortunately she hadn't gotten any on the bed. She called for a cleanup crew and used a few wipes to clean her up. She pulled one of the diapers from the compartment in the wall that she had put there when she saw Trixie wet. The unicorn was soon diapered and clean before being set in a soft recliner.
