Celestia also choose this punish as she heard this punishment atleast the later was one of Twilights fears

Twilight lifted her head and eyes widen. Her pupils shrunk and mouth hanged down. It was just as she expected. "Th-this can't be! I-I-I didn't mean to!" she yelled out. The diapers also made it even worst.

Celestia couldn't help but have a twinkle in her eye at Twilights facial reaction that and the yelling ''Oh but you did mean to cause a problem of some kind, did you not?''Celestia once again asked a rhythmical question as she already knows the answer but she couldn't help herself to start to try and get Twilight metaphorical backed into a corner and Celestia to feed on that if it happens

Twilight gulped and stepped forward, taking the diaper pack with her magic. "I-I can handle this, princess..." she said opening the pack and began the process of putting on a diaper. Little did she know, this was all entertaing to her teacher.
