After all no one can hear you out here...and it might make me angry.." she grins, pulling down the outer cloth and gently pulling easing out the cloth ball. The fear on her friend's face was strangely intoxicating, and this feeling of control was unlike anything Twilight had experienced before.

Twilight leads her over to a chair, sitting down and pulling Fluttershy across her lap. She then proceeds to spank her right on her bare bottom. At this point she's not even bothering to hide her grin. The control, how helpless Fluttershy is, it's exactly the rush she's been longing since she start wrestling with these new feelings.
