It was a nice day out today to relax in but Weiss was currently checking out a newly found cave underground. The huntress in training took on this mission to do a search of the cave to make sure it was safe before the researcher could move in and investigate it. As of so far she had found nothing of note but she then entered a room that was a bit different from the rest.

The walls looked to be made from stone that was more worked upon than the natural stone walls of else where in the cave, while a circular indention was made onto the stone floor which seemed to be as worked upon as the walls of the room. In the middle of the indention on the floor a stone altar was standing there, a brightly shining ruby gem seemingly beckoning Weiss to at least touch it if not take it with her.

Weiss saw the center of the room and the small alter with the stone, the bright glynting of what little natural light there was combined with the light from her scroll was making it shive with an ominous intensity. Then as she neared it, something tripped and the room lit up with a dust fueled light source. Weiss looked around the room, pointing her rapier as she looked to see how the room was being illuminated. Then she timidly inched near the stone before finally placing her finger to it.

As soon as Weiss put her finger onto it, a curtain of darkness suddenly fell upon her with no warning. After a few seconds, thought it could easily feel like hours to her, the dark paling lifted from her only to reveal that she wasn't where she was just at. The stone walls of the cave were replaced with the steel and glass of the nearby skyscapers, while the rocky floor had been swapped with that of a concrete sidewalk. All around her people went about their business, the magic seemingly dropped her off without making anyone else aware that such a thing had just happened.

Weiss's eyes widened in a mixture of shock and horror as she looked around her new and surprising surroundings. "Oh dust.. where am I ?.." She asked as she looked around, still holding her sword, which she quickly holstered on her side. She began to walk the sidewalk, still in a bit of a daze as to what had just happened.

Some of the faceless mob saw her walk past, taking a keen note most of all with the odd sword she was holding. It only took them a few seconds before they rationalized it as Weiss being some kind of cosplayer for some kind of event that was being held in the city today. And so they kept on walking, paying no more attention to her.

...Expect for one girl. Looking like she was in her early 20's with auburn colored straight hair that went down a bit down her back and stopping a bit before halfway. Her lime green eyes being somewhat accentuated by her not too heavily done freckles, although her thin rimed eyeglasses didn't help much in making her face look any better beyond that. The girl that was in her normal wardrobe of a shirt and shorts, today being a yellow T-shirt with some anime figures on them and black shorts, had been watching Weiss for some time and was intrigued in her. Seeing that she had nothing better to do today and this would at least kill a bit of her boredom, she started to follow Weiss with the intent to speak to her if the chance ever appeared.

Weiss really did seem lost more than anything else, despite being dismissed as a cosplayer by most of the crowds, this much was obvious if you looked at her more closely. She then began to worry, trying her hardest not to break out into a full panic. She began to wonder if she should ask someone for directions, before she saw the girl observing her very closely. She pretended not to notice her following her, though she soon began to wonder if she should confront the girl on the act.

As the girl saw more and more, she saw that the girl with a snow white dress and with a surely replica sword seemed to be lost more than anything. Wanting to at least help someone that seemed to like some of the hobbies she liked like anime and video games, she started to walk up to her. "Hey there, you look like you're lost. Do you need any help finding your way here?" She finally asked Weiss once she came close to her.

Weiss paused as the girl began to speak to her. She stopped and turned around with her back bolt straight and scoffed a little at the question. "I'm not lost.. what even gives you such an idea..?" Weiss asked, doing her best to sound confident. She idly rested her hand on her sword's hilt. Though Weiss put on a good show, she was still fairly worried.

"Oh, sorry. It's just that you seemed to be wandering about a little aimlessly. But anyway, can I say that you look good! Who are you cosplaying and what event are you at?" The girl then asked Weiss. Weiss's act had the girl fooled at the moment but she would know that something would be off if Weiss fumbled that question at least a little bit, as it was one of her hobbies to watch cosplayers. It was one of her more casual hobbies for sure, but she liked it nonetheless.

“That’s fine, though I’m certainly not lost..” Weiss paused and stared curiously at her when she started going on about cosplaying and asking who she was suppose to be. “Wait..? What do you mean? What’s cosplaying?.. I’m not trying to be anyone and of course I look good..” She really did look confused now. A look of worry had quickly replaced her confident expression. What was she going on about, these were just Weiss’ every day clothes.
