Wicked, Wicked Witches

700 years ago, witches were extremely common around the world. Gifted with magical powers, many were appreciated and respected by their local communities for using their abilities to help those in need and stave off misfortune. However, as time went by, more and more witches started using their powers for evil, and the people began to fear them instead of admiring them, leading to great witch-hunts.

Seeing no future in this world, the witches gathered together from across the world and pooled their powers to cast a spell, making a separate world for themselves where time and aging moved differently and no normal humans would be able to come and hunt them.

Of course, even in this nearly timeless dimension, many witches grew tired of eternity and passed away. With no warlocks in either world, the witches were incapable of having children of their own, and some witches considered the idea of stealing babies to keep their civilization going. However, the matriarch witch heard these mutterings and created a magical ban; anyone that stole children from the human world would lose their powers and be turned into a cat for the rest of their life.

Even so, trouble continued, as the witches realized this meant that their arts would never be passed down; only a child's mind could properly comprehend magic, so anyone who had already been raised would be unable to learn from them.

Recently, however, a young group of witches called the Black Hats has figured out a loophole; while they are forbidden to steal children from the human world, they are allowed to transport teenagers and adults; by using magic to regress teenage girls to the mindset of babies, they could create students they could raise in the ways of magic without breaking the ban. With this plan, the Black Hats have moved into the human world, looking for girls to mentally regress and kidnap.

Hearing of this and fearing catastrophe, another group of witches called the White Hats has gathered together and gone in pursuit of the Black hats, trying to stop them from regressing innocent girls. The White Hats have decided to teach the Black Hats a lesson by using their own spells to stop them.

Will the White Hats be able to stop the Black Hats? Or will they end up regressed themselves?

Crystal stood on top of a tall building, overlooking the city.

So this was Earth...it had changed so much after the eternity of exile in the magical world.

However, just the noise the people were making let Crystal know normal humans were just as foolish and easy to prey upon as ever.

She knew several of her comrades in the Black Hats were nearby, and waited for them to catch up to her so they could begin finding some targets.

Thorn had left for school earlier that day to ensure he wouldn't be late for school like he was evey day since he was so unlucky he always ran into something which ate up the rest of his time, and so he was thusly seen in detention very often.
Thorn didn't even know it but on his way to school he had walked into one of the Black Hats range of sight, before he suddenly felt a shiver run down his spine and stopped right there.
Thorn had always had a way with these things much like what Kuwabara off of one of his favorite animes "Yu Yu Hakusho" had.
Thorn shook it off though after reminding himself there was no such thing as demons, and ghouls (or so his therapist told him.), and continued on his way to school.

Suni hid in the shadows of the streets below well hidden from the mortal eyes. Suni was the youngest of the witches, being only 14, and even though trained by the best witches, was a bit rusty. Suni wouldn't let that get in the way, though, of her first time out in the mortal world.
She never was on a 'mission' before, so she was extra excited today. Suni looked up at Crystal, her master, teacher, as well as the only person she trusted her whole time with the Black Hats, and waited for her time to take action.

Crystal looked over at Suni, able to feel her. She gave her friend a smile smile before slipping down the side of the building with magic to get a better look at the humans that had replaced the ones that had driven her kind away.

Thorn had almost reached his school, and soon entered, and before the bell rang!
Thorn pleased by this new change of pace got his books, and everything he would need out from his locker before sitting down in a desk near the front of his first class with pencil, and paper in hand ready for what ever problem the teacher threw his way.

Suni jumped on the roof top and towards Crystal. When she was beside her, she asked "Who are we after again?"

"I've been looking around a little, but it's been a while since I've had to check people this weak for signs of magical power." Crystal said. She'd noticed one person pass below her, but...she decided to run it by Suni.

"Say, Suni...I know I said we need to bring girls home with us to raise up new witches, but what if a boy showed signs he'd be able to use magic?" She glanced over at her friend.

"I think I saw a boy who's got a bit of a spark in him...wouldn't it be possible to make a warlock the same way we want to make more witches?"

[Sami-Chan]

"Well, with us not being able to have children without one," Suni began to say. "I think it would be a good idea. Dont you think, though, it be a little, y'know, 'tough'?"

"It would, no doubt, but the old crones always said boys are stupider than girls, so it couldn't be THAT tough." Crystal said.

Alexander the worlds only known warlock was corrently completeing teaching his college students(which was his current occupation)when he noticed the two hiding witches he wanted to figure he walked up on them making it look like he was looking for something "Hello ladies are you looking for something"
