Jenny coughs at the smoke, sees the people giving her the ice cream and laughs. "Wow I thought I can only wish for this." She laughs as she puts away the wand. She then makes a wish that the freezer was set up in her house. Then she wishes to be in her room not knowing she used a lot of power by now.

Those wishes quickly take effect, however once she entered her room she got a little ping in her mind telling her that she only was enough power left to make one more wish until the wand can recharge some of its power back on it's own.

At that moment, unknown to Jenny, Anna was passing right by her house with everyone cleared out. Anna could see Jenny through her bedroom window. "What's she doing here, I thought she said that she'd be at the post office. Heh, I'll ask her tomorrow." Anna told herself as she was about to start walking again. However something felt wrong to her and let out an loud uncontrollable gasp as she not only felt her panties get wet because she peed into them, but also felt a log of poop come out into the seat of her panties. It was enough to cause her sagging wet panties to peak out from under her miniskirt.

Jenny noticed the wand had less weight to it. She shrugs and decides to leave it on her end table. She went ok about her day not knowing that the effects of her wish just cause discomfort for lil Anna.

Once the next day came and Jenny woke up, she found that the wand was heaver. She figured that she had all her wishes back for today.

Jenny smiles as she felt ready for the day. She got dressed in a purple button up shirt and black dress pants, feeling fancy today. Soon she eats breakfast and leaves for college, where she shares a health class with Anna.

(Realized I never established her home. Just a house she shares with a bunch of roommates but they aren't important now. What about Anna?)

When Jenny gets to the college and to her class, she finds that Anna isn't there today as her seat is empty. Jenny thinks that it's likely that if the wish happened that she would be staying at home then come to class in the state she's now in.

Jenny seems rather annoyed. "Dang I was going to have fun humiliating her, should of wished for it to start in class. Dang I wish I can force her to do what I want!"

(Legit question, do you have to hold the wand to use it or just be touching it? Don't think she's attuned with it this way. I feel the answer is no then I'll just have her plan it.)

(I guess that we can go with you don't even have to touch it once you're attuned to it. Just keep the wand safe so no one can attune to it and take your attunement away from you and you can make a wish whenever you want too, just be careful what you have her causally wish for.)

Unknown to Jenny, her wish was granted and Anna would be forced to do whatever Jenny ordered to do and if she knew that Jenny had ordered it.
