The Witch's Playground (For CodeUmbreon)

There was a witch out there, she had just created something she would love to test out, however, she needed volunteers. She had the common sense to know that no one would be willing to try it out because...well, most people would probably see her as a pretty creepy woman, or the thing she had made would just plain scare them away, so of course, she was going to have to force some people in.

Now, now, she wasn't going to be stupid and go get them physically, no, she had something else planned. She had been studying these group of pokemorphed eeveelutions for quite some time. They seemed interesting, and after a while she concluded they would be perfect for this, and to get them, she did something she would consider absolutely flawless. She had set up these teleporting things that would basically snatch them away from the realm they are in and shove them in what she calls. "The Playhouse" Or as I call it "The Witch's Playground."

Needless to say, this is no gentle place. There are traps, creatures and illusions along with more. The rooms are random, they may change after leaving, some rooms can't be opened unless you go back and grab something while others may require a task or challenge of sorts be completed. Needless to say, this was like one big...house of tricks for anyone who came inside.

It was done, and now was the time to test it.

Out of the witches house and at a public pool was a Vaporeon that went by the name of Aila. She was modest when out at the pool, so of course she wore a one piece swim suit that covered her entire torso but left her arms and legs completely exposed. A lot of people questioned this, but her answer was always along the lines of, "It's comfortable."

Her large tail gently went through the water as she swam around it with a smile on her face. Little did she know that things would get bad pretty quick and no one who notice her disappear thanks to the amount of people at the pool.

Upon passing over certain spot, things got a little heavy, and she was confused for a moment. Then she began to feel light headed and she couldn't breath, or at least that was what she felt. Freaking out a bit, she swam frantically in an attempt to get back up to the surface, but then it felt like something grabbed her tail and yanked her away. After that, everything had gone dark.

Espeon, who was named Deila and following a psychic type stereotype and all, was currently sitting in a library, reading a book. At the moment all was quiet, and she was wearing a simple pink t-shirt with a black short skirt that was begging for someone to peak up it and probably get kicked a few times. The shirt

Then she heard something fall from a shelf. Seeing no one else respond, she decided to go ahead and take it upon herself to put the book back where it belong. When she rose up to put it back, the book suddenly opened before she was pulled in. Dropping the book she had, she was immediately pulled in with a short lived shriek.

Flareon, who was simply named Singed by his loving parents, was currently out at a skate park, skating of course. He wore black shorts with a light blue t-shirt with a paint canister decal on it. He had the knee pads, elbow pads and helmet to top it all off. Safety first you know.

When he down a ramp, his skateboard suddenly tossed him off, which made him yell in surprise before he seemed to fall down a hole next to a tree that certainly wasn't there before.

Well, that helmet certainly wasn't helping anyone here.

An Umbreon by the name of Neil had been training for the local archery competition. He was a decent shot, but he still wanted to be better. And when he finally loosed another arrow, a hole in the ground appeared under him. And in his surprise, he dropped his bow as he fell in the hole

A Glaceon named Maya was surfing the net in a local internet cafe. Free wi-fi and available coffee and pastries. She then clicked on a link, and a picture like a spinning galaxy came on the screen. And she didn't even get a chance to speak or shriek as she was sucked inside

At a nearby arcade, one of the last of the old-fashioned businesses in existence, a Jolteon named Nick was trying to beat the high score of one of his favorite games. He finally got his last life erased, and he could only yelp in surprise as he disappeared in a flash of green light

All of the friends would soon wake up...completely with at least one other person at there side. However, they all weren't in the same room, some were in other rooms and no one else would even know until they met up.

Vaporeon was currently in a kitchen like room, on her stomach, eyes shut. Then she suddenly opened her eyes and started coughing a bit. It felt like she had just tried to swallow a cheese grader, but other than that, she was fine. Looking around the room she was in, she muttered to herself as she got to her feet, "What...Where am I?" Then she examined herself for a moment and noticed that she was still in her swimming suit, so she hadn't been dreaming or kidnapped. At least that's what she thought.

"What the hell!?" Flareon called out as he clung to a rope tightly. Below him was this very long drop that looked like it would hurt if he fell, but there was also a platform. He had been clinging to the rope even in his unconscious state. The longer he held on, the more tired his arms got. Eventually, he grunted and eventually began to slide down...but he slipped off, and letting out a short scream, slammed into a platform, which shot a very high amount of pain into his backside thanks to how he landed. Groaning now, he got to his feet, rubbing his rear end while looking around.

Espeon opened her eyes. She felt something cold...really cold, which was very, very unsettling for her, so, with a hand on her head which felt like it had been struck by lightning, she sat up. The area around her looked like a very big basement with webs, rotting wood, chipped stone and plenty of dust everywhere. "Okay then..." She started. "This is a very weird dream...did I fall asleep at the library?" She asked herself. Or at least she thought that she was alone down there.

Neil awoke on what seemed like a gymnasium not unlike one found at any kind of school or educational institution. He groaned as he sat up, his insides feeling like they had been deep-fried. He looked around, and there was absolutely nothing around. No bleachers, no doors, nothing. Well, except for a rack of basketballs and a hoop about twice as high as an NBA hoop

Maya woke up with a gasp and she gripped her head, which felt like she had been roasting over an open fire on a spit. She looked around, and found herself in what looked like a desert. White sand as far as the eye could see, hot temperatures, and absolutely nothing else. She reached in her pocket and pulled out a slip of paper that hadn't been there before with an arrow pointing forwards

Nick tried to take a breath, but something other than air went into him. Water. He then looked up and panicked as he found he was below water. He then started swimming as fast as he could, taking a deep breath of fresh air. He was in what looked like an Olympic-sized pool that was much, much deeper than a usual pool

For each person, there was a door somewhere within plain site. Obviously, either right in front of them, to their left, right or whatever direction. What made it so distinguishable from everything else was the fact that there was a glowing symbol above each one. A symbol that matched the type of each pokemon on the other side.

Aila was the first to reach her door, which had a moon symbol over it. Of course, she was a little hesitant of opening it because, well...she didn't want to find a monster on the other side of it. After a few seconds, she adjusted her suit so that it fit over her body a little more comfortable before setting a paw on the door and slowly opening it.

This door would lead to Neil.

Deila, once she got over her terrible migraine, had managed to reach the door. She saw no reason to be sitting around in the empty, cold basement unless she was planning on killing herself by rotting down here. She went ahead and opened the door with the lightning symbol over it. She was a little slow, but that was because the door was too god darn heavy for her to open quickly.

This door would lead to Nick.

Finally, there was Singed, who was just not climbing off of a platform and too his...door that looked like it lead to nothing. It had a floating snow flake symbol over it. He would have preferred snowy weather over where he was no. Immediately taking a hold of the knob in a panicky sort of way, he gave it a twist. This place was weird, so he was expecting it to lead somewhere despite it looking like it was connected to nothing from his side.

This door would lead to none other that Maya

Meanwhile, the Umbreon looked around, not really seeing any way of advancing. Unless... He looked at the rack of basketballs and the hoop feet above and away. Picking one up reluctantly, he tossed it towards the hoop. The ball didn't even reach the necessary height at any point of it's arc. Neil couldn't do it, so someone else needed to do it. Otherwise, there was no way out

Nick looked down below the surface of the water, seeing what looked a green glowstick at the very bottom of the pool. Trouble was, it was quite a ways down. Too far for the Jolteon to hold his breath

Maya followed the arrow on the paper, leading to a giant cactus with needles pointing in all directions. The Glaceon then tried to freeze the cactus so she could get the water inside in the form of ice. She planned on letting the heat melt the ice so she could drink in the desert. Problem was, the plant looked absolutely unfazed by the beam of pure ice energy

The three eeveelutions who had found those symbol door things were sure to open them slowly in an effort to not wind up screwing themselves over. Well, Deila didn't seem to care too much, but hey, she was still completely alright in the end.

Aila would enter the basketball court that Neil was in and look around curiously for a moment. After a few seconds, she finally noticed that Umbreon after hearing the ball bounce against the wooden floors of the court. At first, she stood there for a moment before smiling lightly.

"Neil, is that you?" The Vaporeon asked as she made her way over to him, hands clasped at her chest while she smiled.

Deila casually entered into the swimming pool area, only taking a short glance at her surroundings, before focusing her attention on Nick. Walking over to him while occasionally looking at the water, she asked him:

"Hey, do you have any idea as to where we are right now?" She asked as she stepped to his side and looked down into the water.

Meanwhile, Singed felt a burst of heat as he entered the desert. It was a bit surprising, so he sort of took a step back and covered his eyes from the sudden bright shine from the sun. Seeing the only thing that stuck out, which was the sight of the glaceon's blue fur off in the distance. Smiling now, Singed decided that he would immediately start running over to her while calling out.

"Maya! Is that you?" He cried out.

(Actually, I was going for Neil Armstrong, first man to traverse the darkness of space to step on the moon's surface in 1969)

Neil turned around at the sound of another voice, and he froze as he saw the Water Pokemon, "Aila? What are you doing here?"

Nick looked up at the Espeon and answered, "If I did, I would leave. Meanwhile, how good are you at swimming?"

Maya then looked over at the Flareon running to her, "Singed? Hey!" She then started heading towards him, glad to see someone familiar

"I have no idea how I even got here. I just got grabbed while swimming in the town's pool and then I was suddenly here." She said with a frown. "I'm guessing you don't have a clue on how you got here either." The Vaporeon sighed as she looked up at the basketball hoops. "So...um...what exactly is going on here?"

She rolled here eyes. "Well excuse me, I wasn't exactly expecting you to know how to get out considering that you probably don't even know how you got here in the first place." She said with a huff as she looked down at the glow stick in the water, which looked a little dull to her. "I'm guessing you want that thing." She said as she pointed down to it.

Singed smiled as he stopped just in front of her. "Do you have any idea on what the heck is going on here? I was pretty much hanging on a rope when I got here..." He said as he looked at his paws, which were a little red from having to hold onto a rope for so long.

Neil answered, "There aren't any exits or doors here, so I looked at what was here. Hoops and balls. And I'm going to go ahead and say that we're supposed to make a 3-point shot or something. But, uh, I can't get it that high. Say, think you can make that?"

Nick nodded, "As far as I can tell, it's significant. Otherwise it wouldn't be there. So, can you swim or not?"

Maya looked at them and formed some small pieces of ice, "Hold onto these. Might take that pain away. Anyway, I can't tell where we are, just that there's an indestructible cactus in the middle of a desert."
