X-Men: Jubilee and Laura’s Padding Problem (For YkIh and Bandit Keith)

Ororo squinted and nodded to herself, Sterling her revolution and beginning to make her way to what looked like the old movie Jubilee had sat her down to watch with her, once again filling the weather goddess with guilt for her own failures to keep Jubilee safe and happy. The woman was pondering this as she walked until she was stopped by the small creature, regarding it suspiciously, she couldn’t help but blush and look away somewhat as once again the woman filled with remorse of how highly Jubilee thought of her, or atleast used to in the woman’s mind, “I’m sorry but I have to go in there, whether Jubilee wants me to or not, I owe it to her and I owe it to all of you.” She explained, unsure if the creature was actually aware of where it lived or not, either way she soldiered onwards, making her way towards the crack. The woman nearly lost her footing as glitches began and Jubilee’s mind began to shake, exposing the evil distortion further, the woman nearly fell into what looked to be a crack in the ground with glitches inside, unsure of what would of happened if she had lost her balance the woman frowned, “I need to hurry.” The woman decided as she began to summon her powers, taking a different approach as she was still able to summon wind in the girl’s mind, she remarked at how the gusts seemed more golden and regal in this form.


Laura puzzled at the term Emma used, but eventually seemed to realise and pouted. “In what possible way could this be seen as her assuming I’m cool, strong and smart, she thinks I’m an infant or an animal, I can’t even fight like this, this stupid puffy diaper is far too big. How in the hell is this her assuming I’m cool? Don’t even answer that, let’s just help her deal with her issues and then get out of here, could you give me a lift?” She ranted, before sighing and asking for help, the girl knew she would have no choice but to drink the milk even if it didn’t do anything, so she reluctantly began to suckle some of it, the small girl growing to a more reasonable height that allowed her to see more around the room they were in. Although her clothes grew too and the clone still couldn’t do much of anything, causing Laura to sigh. “I hate this, I think- woah!” She cried out as the mind began to glitch, having not witnessed it before. “It’s like her central processing unit has given up trying to keep her mind connected.” The girl noted, showing her own understanding of technology.

Now this is where Ororo would be wrong despite the memories Ororo seen Jubilee loves and sees Ororo more or less the same as before despite Jubilee having her own doubts how close they are anymore yet the creature had keep trying to stop Ororo till the land started breaking up and below it looking like what best can be described as a digital sea .. Thats when the critter stop and raan off as it wasn't sure if Ororo did it from anger or Jubilee did for some reason

Still when Ororo will get to the river of Fire it'd fire up like a firewall of sorts but if Ororo tries she'll find she can control the weather in the mind showing Jubilee atleast holds her in high enough regard to trust her to manipulate even her minds weather.. Still what should be clear what seems like Jubilees inner warrior fighting the darkness yet clearly at her limit as a seemingly shapeless being went to end the inner warrior

Emma actually smiled ''very good observation we need to get to the central I'D of hers that usually is in the center of ones mental representation of a mind but knowing Jubilee her central processing unit as you put it won't be anywhere near where more standard Computers have them.. If she even has a place for her core I'd to be and just roaming ''Emma offered her insight here as she took enough suckls from the bottle to do whats need even helped Laura up and held her hand'' I would assume the tv I see would be the best place to attempt getting some answers from '' Indeed it will be on some level as it'd show some important mermories for clues to help Jubilee and get around this part of the mind

Ororo couldn’t help but feel a small bit of remorse as she saw the cute creature running off in fear, assuming it was a representation of atleast something important about Jubilee, but she once again steeled her resolve and determination and made her way towards the strange wall. Getting a closer look at what appeared to be Jubilee herself in her classic outfit, yellow jacket, pink short sweatshirt that showed off her midriff and denim shorts, the girl was noticeably not padded, atleast not heavily, something pink peaked out the top of her shorts but whether it was just some underwear or an especially thin pull-up was unclear, either way the woman realised Jubilee was losing and gasped, realising she had to act fast. The woman summoned forth all the lighting she could, more than she had ever summoned before, happy she was still worthy of it in Jubilee’s mind, and blasted it directly into the strange firewall, shattering it and piercing the shroud of darkness as the world began to glow once more. This version of the girl was clearly more skilled than normal in physical combat but Ororo wasn’t going to leave her alone, quickly summoning wind to fly towards the firecracker and landing next to her, offering little comment other than a nod and a crackle of lightning and wind in her hands, making it clear she was here to help the young mutant fight her demons.


Laura nodded in understanding as she watched Emma drink from the bottle and pouted once more, clearly at least a little grump to be towered over by the White Queen once again, “If what you said about Jubilee’s mind is true then she won’t function in ways that make sense and follow specific patterns or trends, especially not ones we know or understand.” She admitted, smiling as Emma gave her a boost and managed to get the girl to stand once more, she waddled slowly over to the TV with Emma’s guidance and turned it on, flinching as a white light temporarily blinded the duo as it came to life. The clone feared somewhat she was going to be sucked in with how the logic in Jubilee’s mind was, but she felt no force pulling her for now, causing her to relax.

''Get away your at risk here '' the voice was gruff like Logan as she got up and with how the wet parts of her jeanshirts was where leak guards will fail its clear she has a pull-up on'' The darkness will return in time this is not even the tip of the iceberg we after all take on others troubles '' The Id offered as she was even using what looks like Adiantium pompom's mixed with her plasmiods to fight even using acrobatics that clearly the regular Jubilee can easily pull this all off in a similar way if Jubilee would not be held back by her fear of hurting others so much

the tv was crackling as it started playing the world dimmed around them like how Jubilee discribes when she watchs something everything but her and the tv and maybe those close to her fade from her mind and attention till what she is watching is over or commercial or startled if not the tv turned off .. though as is this was actually showing scenes in a musical format with Jubilee singing about how she was pushed to the edge and good intentions was never good enough and her she never got what she needed nor wanted all the images matching with some childish drawings or animation at points showing desires and needs such as desiring and needing Laura as a lover,sister and baby girl that can fight all rolled into one .. Aswell as Ororo to never ever be able to deny loving her and them being a mother and daughter set up aswell as showing she desires Emma and Laura to have a same mother and daugher bond and love going on

Ororo glared at Jubilee, although truthfully it was more out of anger at herself and not that of Jubilee, “Jubilation I am your mother! I am not leaving you to fight alone! I’m not leaving you at all, do you understand?” She demanded, clearly getting the point across that she wasn’t willing to leave the firecracker to fight alone. The pom-poms looked familiar to the weather goddess for some reason, though she couldn’t quite place where she knew them from, something to do with Laura was her guess, either way she brought forth her powers and got into a stance, once again lighting up the area around them, facing the same way as Jubilee the woman started preparing to fight with the girl no matter what threat it was that emerged from the darkness.


Laura looked around warily as the area around them started to grow darker, while her enhanced senses didn’t detect a threat currently she huddled close to Emma in front of the screen either way, both to try and protect the woman and to satiate her own fear, although she kept the second desire quiet. The clone winced as she watched the commercial, finally starting to understand what exactly Emma meant earlier, and she said as much, “This still sucks but… But I guess you did have a point after all.” The girl reluctantly admitted.

''You say that though you kicked us out thinking we focused on our powers too much..So do please tell how that makes sense then to say what you do now?'' She asked as while all Ids are different mostly linked to one facet of a person each they still have abit of other facets to them and this is the case here as Jubilee has alot of anger and angst in her so it shown through with this id'' Whatever the case don't blame us if you are hurt'' A sudden near on monster of darkness nearly took a bite out of Ororo having went to bite a arm off if not for a backwards without looking finger shot plasmiod to the monsters head happened

''Good girl I do believe you will be the key to navigating this part of the mind seeing as all its showing is you and Ororo well that and Anna right now'' Emma stated both in praise Laura can admit such a thing and also pionting out what she has observed all the programs are that so far having those females in that tv scenerio

Ororo simply shook her head, “If you truly are Jubilee’s inner self then you’ll be able to see the memory again, watch it and look at me, I was incredibly stressed and overworked, with so many mutants who completely relied on their powers now with us and in danger, with Cyclops and Emma equally stressed and keeping me working constantly, I was completely overworked and in no state to act or make decisions properly Jubilation, I promise you I didn’t mean to push you away or say what I did to you.” She explained, hoping that Jubilee would understand her, she quickly backed away as the monster approached, before turning to Jubilee again, “If you really didn’t care I don’t think you would of saved me.” She argued, before returning the favour as she blasted a nearby monster approaching Jubilee from behind with a lightning blast of her own, although whether Jubilee actually noticed it or not was unclear. “You’re clearly overwhelmed Jubilee, let me help you!”


Laura couldn’t help but blush and smile slightly at Emma’s remark, once again unable to hide the warm fuzzy feeling she felt at the woman’s compliments. Despite this the clone was unsure of what to actually do now, “This room has no entrances or exits, perhaps we have to make our way through her memories in the TV?” She suggested.

''Only when we spiral and I can call on reinforcements that is if the sectors was stable '' this Jubilee offered as she though then retorted to the earlier comment ''' Scott is fucking nutcase for his Martyr status.. I keep telling everyone hes a slave driver and was guilt tripping us youngers '' Jubilee actually blew up at the name of Scott as plasmiods shot everywhere and the darkness encroaching again as a giant version of Scott is forming from the darkness '' He made Us err Jubilee err us jubilees believe you hated the very existence now as a Vampirette and what he did to Laura unforgivable .. If I ever become Queen of the body he shall know true fear and endless death '' Ororo should get Scott is a very sore topic and understandable with how Jubilee keep telling everyone but they'd not listen till it was too late and then what he pulled'' Atleast Emma and Blade they wanted to protect others by in Emmas case copying our brain and dropping it in a clone body and ending our O.G form and Blade willing to kill us !!!'' Ororo seemed to have just proved this was Jubilee as this rant and stomping is so Jubilee aswell as with each statement something changes and flashes of mermories related to them played .

''I would assume so that or perhaps through the diaper pale or though the actual room meant for newborns '' Emma stated as she toughed the screen and her fingers went through before she had got sucked in and odds are Laura to sucked in and dropped into the memory of where Laura was waking up and scared with Jubilee as a Vampirette ended up taking repeat attacks from a scared Laura who needed saved and the added thing Laura should note is Jubilees eyes seen the aura of scared and darkness around Laura and she seemed to subconsciously syphon a chunk of Laura's darkness off into her

Ororo nodded in understanding, bringing forth more of her power so she could light up more of the sector, brightening up the old temples and jungle environments, along with taking down any smaller foes that attempted to get close to the duo. “I can assure you I have similar feelings regarding Scott, you and Logan truly were correct about him from the beginning, I apologise for not seeing or believing it sooner.” She admitted, “That being said he shouldn’t have to die and be tortured, many of his faults stem from Charle’s treatment of him after all.” She explained, not accepting or even liking Scott and his actions, but showing her sympathetic and empathetic side as she understood where the issues began. Assuming that this version of the firecracker was being overwhelmed by the darkness around her Storm went straight to the source, flying towards the dark reflection at full speed, dodging the various beams that came towards her and summoning wind near it’s legs to leave it off balance, she then blasted it in the chest with as much lightning as she could, causing it to tumble to the ground entirely.


Laura couldn’t hide the grimace on her face as she considered the thought of exiting through the other suggested methods, looking grossed out by the thought alone, “The screen works fine.” She decided as she crawled through and followed Emma through, looking ashamed at the memory she saw. “I remember this, when we first met, I didn’t mean to hurt her, but every instinct and sense in my body screamed out that she was a predator and a threat.” The clone mumbled ashamedly, before noticing the aura, “That’s where all this darkness and Aura might be coming from, she’s been absorbing people’s negative emotions and issues with her empathy, with all I’ve been through I believe absorbing part of mine might of been one of the many things that set this all in motion. It may of overwhelmed her and pushed her over the edge with it being too much to handle.” The clone theorised, although she wasn’t a master of memories, empathy or aura by a longshot, making it more of a guess then anything.

''No excuse for keeping abuse going'' The warrior stated as her next stomp literally sent a plasmiod shockwave into the now giant fallen Scotts crotch revealing light underneath of the shadowy monster version '' And No excuse for controlling Laura .. Thats the one sin he shall never be forgiven for '' Jubilees form actually blasted a dark plant like creature that nearly grabbed Ororo '' You need to summon your slumbering protectors from the temples this is your temple after all the serious defense of this mind its why they was drawn here '' Jubilees Id offered as basically saying Jubilees own thoughts still see her as the best woman for her care and in high regard

Emma shook her head'' Don't be ashamed Jubilation was a predator at that time as a Vampireete has no natural predators outside of werewolves and hybrids like Erick err you might know him better as Blade '' Emma offered her thoughts but actually raised a eyebrow at Lauras deduction'' Oh very clever very clever I would never have honestly realized that was what happened and good call though how can you be sure that was your darkness and issues she absorbed to help and her not feeding on them to not need to drink blood?'' Emma is sure that its as Laura deduced but she clearly wants to know Lauras reasoning after all
