It was a warm spring morning in New York... the last remnants of a harsh and dreary winter finally vanquished to slumber for now. One of New York's many parks welcoming those who could finally cast off the burdens of the cold. In fact it was fairly busy today, playing host to a large group of young children in the middle of celebrating a birthday. All of their loving parents hanging around, cooing and fawning over them, and being sure their every need was satisfied. It was a sight hard to miss.

Even the X-Men's blue-furred genius had come out of skulking around his lab to try to enjoy such a nice day. Hank McCoy aka Beast trying to look casual sitting on a bench in cargo shorts and a hoodie with a pair of sandals. It was casual but not nearly as casual as the X-Speedo briefs that he was known for wearing all of the time as a costume. A newspaper and latte sat nearby but currently his attention was on the child's birthday party taking place nearby. A warm smile on his face at all the laughter.

In fact, Hank had something in common with the birthday boy of the party. Though in his adulthood he tended to avoid parties and people making a fuss. Though in this case there was a tinge of envy there... as these children had their whole lives ahead of them. Where as Hank had been struggling with a bit of a mid-life crisis as of late, which was only made worse by seeing the happy children at play. Hank leaning back on the bench and offering a long sigh as he looked up at the sky his mind lost in thought.

Oh the day is warm and lovely " "but would be more lovely with a little one to have" a woman voice said as she strolls through the park. Her hair was pail white. Her eyes was as blue as the sea. And to anyone that looks at her smile felt loved and warmth.

She was wearing a white sun dress with white flowers on it. She has a basket in her arms and wearing a yellow sun hat. She walks through the park and watches the kids play and sigh till she saw beast and walks over to him. "Um excuse me but is this seat taken" she asked him wanting to sit next to him.

Unfortunately... Hank is unaware of her search not having caught the casual remarks. While he might not notice her until she walks up and announce her presence... it's difficult to anyone to miss him sitting here in the park. One of the more well known X-Men due to his blue-furred features and his media presence as a activist, scientist, and patron of the arts. The only thing missing being those briefs he's normally seen in. The ones that some joke about making him look like a little boy in undies.

Hank perks up at the soft voice of the woman standing over him and sits up. The blue fur on his cheeks hiding the soft blush at being effectively walked up on. "Oh I'm sorry, I guess my mind was elsewhere." Hank stood up and gestured for her to have a seat while moving the newspaper and latte cup out of the way so he could sit back down next to her. "Please, join me... I'm Dr. Hank McCoy. And you are?" Hank offered his hand to her while taking a closer look at her and the almost motherly way that she was dressed.

Im Mallory may" she said to him with a smile to her face and thought hid blushing was adorable and thought it was easy by getting this close as she has been eyeing him from his home about 2 months. She sit down next to him and shakes his hand.

She let go and look at him and thought he was well dressed but liked how cute he was in those black speedo he was wearing.
"So what brings you to the park little beast?" "You have been watching tbose children enjoy a good birthday?" She said to him.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Mallory May." Hank offered, giving her hand a gentle shake... being careful of the claws that he was sporting. Hank's gaze falling upon her basket and then looking back towards the children playing. Assuming that she was the mother of one of the children at the birthday party and smiling. She almost reminded him a bit of his own mother... especially the kindly demenor she presented. Though he did take note of her looking for the briefs he was known to typically wear rather than his current shorts.

"Little Beast." Hank chuckled as he got more comfortable on the bench. "Oh... just enjoying a lovely spring day now that the weather has turned." Hank remarked before chuckling as she'd noticed him watching the birthday party earlier. "Heh. Just thinking they seem to be having a lot of fun. Today happens to be my birthday as well and I guess I'm celebrating vicariously through them." Hank offered with a tinge of sadness. It was clear he was having something of a mid-life crisis. "Which of them is yours?"

Mallory smiled as she listened to him and heard that it was his birthday. "Well happy birthday " she said to him. Then she saw his face turn to a sad look and heard his voice. "Oh none of these children are mine but i would love to have one" then got to thinking and look at him. "You know im a mutant like you and can make you happy to go over and enjoy that birthday party over there" "i can make you a little child but just for a day"

She said to him with a smile on her face. But had other plans to keep him little.

Beast smiled warmly at Mallory offering him a happy birthday... since he had been sure to let everyone he knew not to make a fuss about it. "Thanks." Hank reached over and patted her hand gently in thanks for her kindness. Hank's features fell into a soft frown as she informed him that none of the partygoing children were hers. "Well... you certainly seem like the motherly type." Hank offered honestly as he looked her over once again. "I'm sure you'll have one someday. There's always adoption?" Hank noted.

Though Hank quirked a brow as she revealed her mutant abilities to him. Hank looked a bit embarrassed by her offer... glancing between the party and her. "Really? That's an interesting power you have." Hank finished off his latte as he considered. "You know... it might be fun to just forget my adult side for a day." Hank reached out and took Mallory's hand though and smiled. "But only if you came with me... Mom." Hank smiled, wanting to make this a special day for her as well. Though had no idea what he was getting into.

Mallory smiled and chuckled to hear him calling her mom. She did want to adopt but none would have her for being a mutant for how bad they are treated. She smiled back st him then at the party. At how every child was given there every need. She then look back at him. "Sure sweetie " she said to him.

Now all you have to do is just close your eyes have your hands in mommy hands and will get you down to your cute size" she coo to him then as he fallowed she works her powers on him.
His body and size begins to go down. His clothes as well but change to a more kidish as his suit turns into a blue button shirt with black pants.

Ok sweetie you can open them now" Mallory said as she let go of his hands and see the cute little darling sitting next to her.

Beast understood what it felt like to be lonely... so wanted to make this a special day for her as well. Plus he certainly couldn't go over there without someone with him... that might draw attention and end up with someone calling the cops about an abandoned child. So this situation was the best of both worlds. Plus he didn't want to lose track of her in case she was needed to return him to normal afterwards. "Okay... we can just make the excuse that it's my birthday too and we're new in town."

Hank had a good head on his shoulders after all... and that would explain why they wanted to join the party that was going on. Hank closed his eyes and blushed as she referred to herself as 'Mommy' and put his hands in hers and waited for her to work her magic. It turned out that while the clothes would change for a short time... they wouldn't remain that way. Clearly like his X-Speedo they were made of Unstable Molecules. "Did it work?" Hank asked... looking down in surprise at his younger form.

Yes it did and you look adorable for a five year old " she said to him and pinches his cherks a little before she lift him up in her arms and holds him. "Now let make your day special " she said to him and pat his seat and makes her way over to the party.

Mallory bag changed to a diaper bag that was around her shoulder. It had little cute monsters on it and the bag was blue and in red writing it said beast on it.
Two of the grown up noticed them and some of the kids as well. "Hello sorry to interrupt but me and my little guy here are new in town and it his birthday as well and wondering if we could join"

Mallory said to them. The group of adults look at eacher and ralk for a bit then look back at her and told her they would love to have them. Mallory lift beast down on his feet and has him stand in front of her. The kids kept looking at beast till a kid his age comes over to him and put a birthday hat on his head and grabs his hand and leads him to some party games.
