Dungeons and Diapers: Apocalypse

There are three strange torches that have large purple flames coming out of them. One is on each side of the large wooden door, and one is on the wall of solid rock in the back of the room. They appear to be in a cave of some kind, except it is clearly inhabited. Short rock shelves surround the room, each having a strange variety of books, potion ingredients, and tubes. Under one shelf is a small metal chest, with a padlock firmly in place in front of it. In the far back corner lies a small wooden ladder, that leads into a hole in the ceiling, a hole to small for all but the smallest of creatures. In the middle of the room lies our adventurers, tied up by their feet, dangling from the ceiling.

Their legs are bound together and are tied to the ceiling, upside down. Their hands are also bound together. One of these adventurers is a large burly human woman, with tan browned skin, and messy hair. She is wearing a shirt made of bear skin and a dry white diaper. She seems to be almost savage. Her name is Melissa Everbright. On her left is a young looking man, with elvish ears. His skin is pale, and he looks rather innocent. By looking at him closely, you can tell that he isn't pure elf. He is a little too big, and not nearly as thin. He has bandages over one of his eyes, and is wearing a silky green shirt and a white diaper. His name is Luke Hollytwist. Finally, there is another girl, though she wasn't as big as the first. She has muscle tone, though it is more compressed and not nearly as large as the first. She is a human, and has large red hair. She seems to be wearing a thin black shirt underneath a small plate of chainmail. She also has kn a white diaper. Her name is Hannah Blokgnar. All three of these adventurers are unconscious, though a small drop of water suddenly crashes on each of their foreheads, waking them. They are 3 feet above the ground.

Luke jerks awake , causing him to sway from the rope. Looking around wildly to see where he was and what had happened and more importantly what had woken him up , he hated being woken up for any reason. Seeing this wasn't his bedroom he got worried and tried to remember what he was doing before hand (Memory check please). Looking to left and right he sees his other prisoners , and after trying to move his arms could feel the tight ropes. He could try cutting them but wanted to see if there was anything else around (is there , don't know if there's a check for that)

(Memory check, needed a 15 to remember anything, rolled a 9. Even with your +4 modifier it isn't enough.)

Luke struggles to think back to the following day, but is unable to recall anything. He can remember that he had entered a town, looking for something, but that is about it.

Looking around the room, and looking closely at the potion ingredients, he recognizes many of them. He can see many rare and forbidden items such as the wing of an endangered small green dragon, and a unicorn horn. These key ingredients are only needed for the darkest of potions and require a master to brew them. Closing his eyes, he is able to hear a dark heart beat thumping from deep below him, at least five floors below.

Melissa woke with a start, taking a second to survey her situation before grumbling to herself.
"Last time I mix whiskey and rum," she commented, flailing her arms in an attempt to reach up and grab at the rope tying her legs. It was a pain in the ass with her hands tied together, but she thought if she could get a grip she might be able to... Uh... Get something loose, maybe? At least she'd be upright.

(Ok, your dex is 16, giving you a +3 modifer. You need at least an 18 to get free, you roll a 12. 12 +3 is 15, not enough)

Melissa struggles to force her hands up higher to get to the ropes, only succeeding in causing her arms to cramp up, and also forcing her two companions to have their hands suddenly ripped straight up, not dealing any damage, but not exactly being very comfortable.

Hannah wasn't doing much better from her current position either, having been forced awake by the water and then only to have her hands pulled on, stretching her back in a way she'd rather not experience again. "Hey! You wanna knock it off!" She groaned, trying to pull her hands back down to a less awkward position. Maybe this was some sort of trick her friends had pulled on her, as she tried remembering anything from before (memory check). At the very least, she thought she was strong enough to do something to the ropes, though she didn't say anything else before she tried looking around the room herself to see if there was anyone or anything that might harm her.

Thinking hard, Hannah is able to remember being dragged from her bed while she was visiting a town known as Port Snare. She can remember seeing green skin and scaly hands picking her up, before they did something to make her pass out. It all happened very quickly. Looking around the room, she can spy a knife resting on one of the shelves. It had a golden handle, with a strange green gem on it.

Luke gave a yelp as he was dragged up. He looked across to his fellow prisoners , all three of them were tied up at least someone was trying something to get out. That and there were some interesting stuff to the taken around here. Now it was his turn to try and get out , before whatever tied them here came back. Although since they were alive it meant they either had value or a purpose to being here , the thumping down below was not encouraging. He tried casting Thorn whip and using the jagged thorns to damage the cords of rope.

(Ehhh, Luke, you sure do make my job interesting. First, a roll to see how the thorn whip affects the two people you have next to you. Hannah's AC is 12, Melissa's is 13. To damage your friends Luke, you must roll higher than there AC's. Hannah got a natural 20, she's getting hurt, Melissa got a 13, barely avoid damage. Thorn whip deals 1d6 damage to any target it hits. It does 1 damage to her. Now to see if you actually can damage the hook holding everyone up. You need a 15 to do it, you rolled a 18, with you +4 arcana modifier, that is more than enough.)

Luke closes his eyes, and extends his left tied up hand, and a small seed appears in it. Then, the seed begins to grow, extending into a large vine that follows the rope up towards the ceiling. As it goes up, part of it branches off near Hannah's back, and goes inside the back of her diaper, causing her mild discomfort, and some slight bleeding on her left buttcheek. But the main part of the thorns goes straight up, and once it was high enough, it began to move side to side against the rope, causing it to weaken. Soon gravity was able to do its job, and the rope snapped, sending the three adventurers falling to the ground.

(To avoid fall damage, I need to roll to determine if your quick enough to dodge it. Since you were all 3 feet up, you need to roll more than a 3 to avoid damage. Luke, you need to roll higher than a 4 since your a foot shorter than the other two. Hannah gets a 14, Mellisa gets a 7, Luke gets a 14, no damage. Because no one took any damage landing, the impact sound was greatly lessened. No enemies will have heard it.)

Fortuitously for them, they weren't that high up, and were all able to land on the ground without a scratch and quietly. Though, their arms and legs were still tied together, at least they weren't upside down anymore.

Jerking at the sudden vines and slightly less sudden fall, Melissa growled and tried jerking at the ropes tied around her wrists once again as soon as they were on the ground. "I don't suppose you have any spells for cutting rope?" She said, twisting her wrists to try and break free.
