Anna has spent the majority of her day wandering the castle killing time while she waited for her sister to return from her meetings, before leaving Elsa had asked Anna to meet with her after she came back and now was the time; Anna sat anxiously on the bed in her sisters bedroom waiting for her sister to return from her study.

Then the door opened and her anxiety left her, she gave a sweet smile and went to give her sister a hug “It’s good to see you Elsa, what did you need from me?” She asked in a polite and respectful way.

Elsa hugged her sister back. "Thank you, Anna. I have been under a lot of stress lately, and I just wanted to ask you for help in something."

Her head tilted “My help? What can I help with sis? You know I have your back and I’m willing to do whatever I can for you.” She promised as she returned to the bed hoping her sister would follow and sit with her.

(Can you be a little more descriptive, and have Elsa be more nervous anxious and embarrassed about asking for this?)

Elsa felt less anxious after hearing Anna say that. She was always very supportive. "I've been thinking of things were... easier when I was younger. Back when Mother and Father were still alive. Recently, I've been wondering what it would be like to go back to that time." Elsa explained, unintentionally wincing in case Anna chose to laugh.
