Later that day Lucy had indeed ran into the same man who spun a tale of working with the famous(or infamous, depending on you ask) guild known as Fairytail, of course Lucy knew that to be false as she knew two members from fairytail but she went along with it regardless finding herself on a boat. Shortly after the boat reached out to the lake the men let on about their plan to kidnap the girls and sell them off when they got to their destination. Lucy saw an opportunity to be brave and took her keys out “you messed up taking me on the water, that lets me bring fourth my strongest spirit I have! Open the gate of the water spirit, Aquarius!” She exclaimed as the spirit took form clearly agitated “come on Aquarius! I really need a hand!” She exclaimed only for the spirit to use much more of her power than Lucy expected to wreck the boat entirely sending all the bad guys as well as Lucy floating up to the beach. Next she left with a taunting remark about Lucy being single, Lucy was sure Natsu would have heard that as the fake salamander landed preparing to attack her for ruining his plan.

Natsu came to after being knocked out of the boat and saw Aquarius telling off Lucy. He was confused, as he thought Celestial Spirits were supposed to be loyal to the people who summon them. "Lucy, are you okay?"

“I’m fine! Just go get that guy, he’s a monster!” She exclaimed pointing to where the villain stood on the beach “Oh, it’s you again huh?” He asked followed by a scoff.

"Yeah, and unlike you, I'm actually a part of Fairy Tail!" Natsu retorted, showing off the guild mark on his shoulder.
