Izuku was happy to just play with her until he heard the sound. "Oh, boy," he muttered, "Well, guess we got to change you. But where to get more diapers?" He thought maybe she had some leftover from when he was a baby. Though he did not know if they would fit her. Still, it did not hurt to look.

Weirdly enough, the supplies were in his room, but he didn’t have diapers in her size. Meaning he had to go buy them, but he didn’t have any money and couldn’t leave her by herself, which meant the child had to dress the adult woman in clothes so they could go buy them. With the diaper still on in case she went again.

However, when Izuku got far enough away from Inko, she suddenly seemed to regain her bearings. "Huh, what happened? Izuku, honey... why am I dressed like... this?"

Izuku could only shrug as Inko blushed and changed out of the baby clothes vefore going to get some diapers for her, sensing she would need it.

For the next ten years, Izuku would learn many things about his quirk. He could essentially turn anyone into his baby, for lack of better term. Dress them up in a baby clothes and a diaper and render them incontinent.

When they were around him they would think he was their father and act like a baby, but once they were away from him it stopped. However, as he got older, the arduous grew and grew. Now, when it was just him and his mom, if no one was around, she was his daughter, so he ended up learning how to take care of a baby pretty young.

There were ways he could get his mom back though, if not temporarily. When anyone else could observe Inko by sight or sound or any other way, she went back to normal. He had tested this out with a camera and as soon as he started recording she went back to normal. He was also able to talk to her on the phone, and play with her outisde.

The funny part was she was none the wise to this, all she remembered was suddenly becoming incontinent. Of course he assumed that was an awkward conversation and he did feel bad when she tried to go to the doctor to try and find a cure, but what could he do? Who would believe he had a quirk like this?

As his flash back ended, he sighed as he walked under a bridge. “Why do I have this quirk?” He asked out loud as he sighed at having to take care of his mother when he got home.

At the very least, Inko herself did not mind. If anything, this had been an opportunity for her to spend more quality time with her son.

Be that as it may, Izuku's quirk would hardly be classified as the stuff used by Heroes, at least not conventional Heroes. Unless he got close enough to every Villain in the city to infantilize them, what else could he do?

Izuku often wondered how her mother would react to the fact that she called him Daddy, but knew it was impossible to get proof.

So he resigned himself to be quirkless, knowing that his power could only send people back to diapers. A useless quirk that only forced him to take care of his mother as if she was the child.

Suddenly, a slime creature shot out of the sewer. He tried to scream but was cut off as it tried to suffocate him. He slowly blacked out as he thought it was the end before something blasted it away with a ‘SMASH!’

She smiled as she looked down on him. “Glad you came to young man!” She said with a smile as she held up a bottle containing the villain and his notebook. “I went ahead and signed that for you!” She laughed happily as she turned to head off. “Get home safely!”
