Jurassic Nursery (Private for Silver and Zilla)

Jurassic World, once the crowning achievement of science and technology, lay in ruins on Isla Nublar. At first, Masrani Global and InGen had hoped to rebuild and reopen the park. All those hopes were dashed when lawsuits came flooding in. Because of the unique wildlife of Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna, those islands became wildlife preserves under the jurisdiction of Costa Rica.

Between the loss of the two islands, the storm of bad publicity and the billions in settlements that Masrani Global had to pay out, Jurassic World's fate was sealed. The park was shut down, never to be reopened.

As a result, all cages and enclosures automatically opened and the resort was left to decay.

But there was another unforseen effect resulting from the patchwork DNA of the dinosaurs. Thanks to the liberal use of corvid DNA many of the carnivores slowly became sapient.

Rexy stomped through the remains of Main Street. The air was still heavy with the scent of the Indominus, fire, death, blood and humans.

An ice cream cart, its contents ruined by the Nublarian sun, crunched underfoot.

She looked around the area and let out a loud roar. She would rightfully claim this area as her territory.

[ZillaSmasher]

Blue padded along beside the giant, the one who had helped her defeat The Abomination. The one that had helped her avenge her pack. Blue bit back tears as she remembered her two remaining packmates being slaughtered by The Abomination, Echo having been killed by an army soldier during their ill-fated hunt. She could still hear their cries of pain, even now. They felt....so real.

Blue's head turned as she heard....Delta? She took off running towards the sound, calling for her packmate and hoping that the cries she heard were real.

[Silvertip]

"Blue!" Delta called out as she pulled herself off the grill that she had been tossed onto. Most of her scaly skin had was blackened and charred from the burst of flame that erupted when the Indominus had tossed her onto the grill.

She whined as a spike of pain shot through her. As much as she didn't like the sleepy-meat that Alpha fed her, she had to admit, she always felt better after eating it.

Rexy watched as Blue headed off to find Delta. She slowly stomped off to visit Paddock 9 where she used to live. It was nothing compared to the whole island she now had reign over, but there were still memories within that enclosure.

[ZillaSmasher]

"Delta!" Blue raced to her packmate and helped support her, leading her to a nearby bench that she could lay on. "A-Are you ok? How can I help you?" She looked her friend over, hoping the damage wasn't too serious.

[Silvertip]

Delta moaned as she lay on the bench. "It hurts," she said. "Where is Alpha's sleepy-meat?"

At the same time, her stomach growled as she licked at Blue's cheek in a rather hatchling-like manner to solicit food.

Rexy looked at the ruined paddock. She remembered the red haired one who always spoke to her. Was she a leader as well? Her claw touched the damaged glass viewing area.

No. They would never come back and neither would the White Beast. She inhaled the scent of the old paddock for a moment and then exited back to Main Street.

(OOC - who will be the first raptor to get diapered?)

"I-I don't know." Blue chittered nervously, hoping that Delta would make it. She nuzzled him. "I....I'll be right back. Don't move!" She took off running to find Rexy. She needed a way back to her paddock, and fast.

Delta licked her packmate and nestled into the hard bench. She whined as she tried to make herself comfortable.

As she adjusted her position, she wondered, where was Charlie? The raptor inhaled, taking in the scent the ruined park. It was then another thought came through. Would their alpha ever come back or had he abandoned them?

Rexy trudged through the wrecked Main Street as she surveyed her new domain.it was then she spotted Blue running around. "Blue one," she said. "What brings you here?"

"My packmate is injured and I need a quick way back to my paddock. Could you carry us, please?" Blue glanced back at Delta in worry.

[Silvertip]

Rexy rumbled in thought. Her arms were too small to carry anything but riding on her head or back was an option. She nodded. "Climb on back."

She turned her head towards her tail to indicate where they could climb on.

Blue climbed onto Rexy's back and held on as best she could. "Delta's back there." She pointed towards the grill.
