Mystical Institution (Private w/Diapered Avenger)

“Alright, class. Turn to page eleven of the Grand Thaumaturgy Textbook that was handed out last week…”

An small, inaudible sigh. A young, navy haired girl stares through the stained-glass windows that made up one side of the classroom, wishing to be somewhere else right now. If you looked closely, she would seem as if she was almost asleep. Kuro Shiraki, an 12 year old transfer student to Mystica Academy, was her name.

Mystica Academy is a premier school for many that wish to delve into sorcery and other magic. Renowned for their facilities and magical proficiency, it had been the dream school for many in the region, catering from kids as young as 8 and as old as 22. Of course, beneath that perfect veil, there was always something… not quite right. Perhaps it was the fact that it was built on the site of a battlefield, or that there was allegedly a treasury, filled with countless forbidden artifices and such trinkets.

That didn’t matter for a girl like her, of course.

She was far more busy awaiting for that one bell to sound, the one that signified the end of the day. According to her times, it should be right around-
*RING* A deep, resounding sound echoed through the classrooms and hallways of the institution. The inert girl instantly perked up, her eyes full of energy, at the mere sound of it.

“Ah,” The old professor looked bewildered at the resonance. “It’s time already, huh? Sorry class, but pack up your things. Remember the work that was assigned-“

Kuro, packing her things up in a flash, didn’t hear that last bit. She was already out in the corridors, finally free - it was the weekends, too! Which means… fun times!

Emma was walking down the hallway after getting out of her class. She was about sixteen years old, but she was still good friends with Kuro.

Of course, the girl noticed right away as she gleefully waved down the hallways, hoping to catch her attention - if that didn't work, she just ran through the corridors to her... which, in hindsight, probably isn't the best idea with there being so many people exiting their classes. "Emmaa!" Kuro laughed carelessly as she stopped in front of her. "Is anything fun happening soon?"

Emma laughed a little at the sight of her friend. "I might go out for some ice cream tonight. How about you? Wanna come?"

[Shirayuki]

“Oh, combat class?” She put a finger to her face, thinking.” For us, it’s already the end of the day… I guess I’ll see you a little after, then?” She said, a little disappointed.

(It’s meant to be the end of the school day, but I can work with this)

"Oh really? I'd like to tag along..." She thought, before turning to her. "If that's okay?"

"Sure thing." Emma smiled. "Need to do anything before that?"

[Shirayuki]

"Not really... but, before we go there, I wanna explore a new place! There's a wall that I found near one of the dormitories, only it wasn't a wall. I think the seal had worn out..." Kuro excitedly told Emma about her findings. "So wouldn't you wanna take a little detour~ Maybe check things out?"

"Maybe. Where did you find this?" Emma asked.

[Shirayuki]

“Oh,” Kuro explained, “It was near the place where they kept all the alchemical ingredients for potion classes. I bet there’s something cool there!”
