These are some original story ideas I've come up over the past year.
Space Captain
The idea is that the captain of a spaceship in a Star Trek-esque setting who needs diapers because of their alien heritage. Basically, their human mom married an alien whose species lives longer than an average human, so despite being in their mid-twenties, they're basically a toddler by the alien's standards.
I was thinking the RP could focus on the ship's crew exploring the universe while they deal with their embarrassing underwear, and maybe tries to start potty training inbetween missions.
Diapered Musician
This obviously revolves around a popular musician who either needs diapers or wears them while performing as a gimmick.
I thought they could either be an optimistic and peppy pop star or a rebellious and snarky rock star. I'd like to be the musician if its alright, though I'm not picky on who you'd like to be, whether it's other band members, a manager, or someone else connected to the star.
School for the Incontinent
The idea is that my character's parents signed them up for a private school of incontinent students after being rendered incontinent themself. There, they make friends with other students in similar situations, even the popular kid who's a diaper model or the captain of the swim team.
Life in an Alternate Reality
Basically, my character somehow wakes up in a world where people their age wear diapers, either because:
People aren't potty trained until they're a certain age (In this one, he's be around 16 or 17), or because the toilet was never invented, so everyone wears diapers (In this one they'd be around college age or an adult)
Babysitting a Superhero
The idea is that there's a superhero whose powers have a huge drawback in that it makes everyone see them like a baby, until a babysitter, who's also a superhero, finds out their secret, so the two work together to find a way to fix their problem while fighting other babyish villains and maybe meeting more heroes along the way.
Knight in Shining Diapers
This one is about a very brave and courageous knight who happens to need diapers, and she either becomes the bodyguard to a prince/princess or joins a guild of adventurers who wear diapers like her.
The Next Cupid
My character accidentally hurts Cupid, so they're forced to become his replacement for a while, wearing diapers and making matches and stuff like that.
A Vampire's Puppy
This was based off a thread I saw earlier. Basically, a vampire manages to capture a werewolf, and either by wanting to care for them or to mess with them, decides to take them in as their diapered puppy.
Secretary to a Diapered CEO
This one follows the CEO of a big company interviewing and eventually hiring a new secretary to help her out at work. The only catch? The boss been in diapers their whole life, and doesn't hide it at all, forgoing pants or a skirt entirely to make changes easier. They also like to act like a baby to destress, occasionally sucking on a pacifier while filing paperwork.
Potty Training vs. a Pottypants
My idea is that this takes place in a world where people choose to get potty trained around a certain age, but much older than when people normally train. After turning that age, two twins go in separate directions, one wants to graduate to pull-ups while the other wants to stay in diapers. The two then argue and get into a variety of arguments and situations where needing diapers is either good or bad for those circumstances.
Genie Wishes
This one involves someone finding a genie's lamp and befriending the genie before using the wishes to let them wear diapers without being judged for it, eventually wishing for more babyish stuff to go with it.
Rise of the Diaper Demon
This idea follows someone getting caught up in a demon summoning ritual, and through a string of events, accidentally becomes bound to the one summoned. Even worse, the demon in question is very infantile, so the human they're tethered to has to find a way to break the bond while dealing with the brat.
The Gamer's New Gear
This one follows a professional gaming streamer who wears diapers (either medically or by choice) getting a sponsorship by a company to show off their new products while they stream. This company can be purely related to gaming or a diaper company, but either way, the products will by babyish in some way.
Baby Spy
This one's a very goofy idea. It's a James Bond-esque spy story with lots of espionage and action... but the spy is openly babyish, still needing diapers, wearing a tuxedo onesie and drinking from baby bottles (shaken, not stirred). They'd naturally team up with either a caretaker or another babyish spy like them.
Medusa the Snakelet
This was something I thought of based off a picture I saw on Deviantart (
https://www.deviantart.com/diapertoo...ent-1053136243). The idea is that whether it's set in mythological Greece or in the modern world, Medusa's curse is cured, but she is rendered incontinent and instead of turning people to stone, causes anyone who looks at her to care for her like a baby.
Mecha Mommy
Imagine a mecha anime where the robots themselves double as the caretakers. That's what happens when a single person discovers a robot with a built-in nursery and AI caretaker, meaning that whenever they're not fighting monsters, the pilot is being cared for by the robot itself.
